Reception/ Arrival/ staff Swift check in and the staff was friendly too. Room: spacious, plenty of storage space and clean. Beds are comfy. The bathroom had a shower and a bath, plenty of shower gel and the towels get changed daily. Hair dryer in the room alongside a fridge too. Pool: plenty of sun beds and the surrounding area by pool is clean. Bar/ restaurant: we stayed half board and we were soft drinks were available for us. Food is always well topped up and serving areas are never empty. The staff don’t rush you when the restaurant closes and nor do they rush to clear away food… so if you are late at entering the restaurant, you can guarantee there will be food available. The food was absolutely delicious! Breakfast contained all your English favourite such as sausage, mushrooms, eggs, beans, tomatoes, hash browns etc plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurts, meats, biscuits and cakes. 7:30 - 10am. Evening meal was amazing too! Always fish and nice meat available, plenty of salad at the bar, fruit, desserts were tasty! Ice cream , cake, jelly etc. Serving time 8-9pm. Location: also excellent. This is without a doubt the worst hotel we have stayed at, it gives spain a bad name!! The reception staff are ridiculously rude and ignorant towards English people. From the minute we arrived and checked in, the way the man “pablo” on reception spoke to us was disgusting. God forbid we had to go to reception and ask for anything, he would refuse to talk to you and tell you to go to his colleague, whilst laughing and joking and helping anyone Spanish. The women on reception are just as bad, awful customer service and just plain rude, all but a blonde lady who was there during the day. The waiting/ bar staff were nice enough. The maids were helpful but overall the majorly of this hotel gave the impression they don’t like the english, you would be lucky if you even got a smile back!! You told doors open for people and no one says thank you or has manners. Entertainment isn’t advertised so if you plan on having an Early night you can expect unexpected loud music that vibrate your room and goes on until 12.30am, making you feel like your in the middle of a concert, fireworks (again not advertised) going off at 10pm you can also enjoy people running up and down the corridors shouting and screaming at all hours. This is definitely not a chill out hotel. The bedrooms were clean and tidy, nice and modern. The bathrooms were mouldy, bath was stained, the grout was full of mould and silver fish in the bathroom. The food here was ok - always something for everyone and desert mix was lovely. Other all I would not come back to this hotel if I was paid, just by how we were treated. I’m not sure how pablo still has a job (or an unbroken nose) the way he speaks to people!!!! If you plan on enjoying beautiful spain, do yourself a favour and book another hotel as this will put a massive downer on your holiday! I wish we had paid more attention to the reviews on here.…

Dear user, you should surely check if this review should belong to our hotel because there is no "Pablo" at our reception, and the description he makes of our hotel and our services are not close to reality. Me & my partner booked a very last minute trip here just to get some sunshine and time away from reality for 5 days. This hotel was amazing. We loved it! The staff were so kind and helpful, the hotel was spotless and the entertainment at night was hilarious. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the food selection if you’re staying half board/all inclusive. Some of the food is very samey but the location is in the most perfect spot to wander down to other restaurants.

Florida Hotel is a great place to stay it is very clean, food has good selection to suit everyone We had a lovely hotel hotel staff all very pleasant. Just a pity other guest arrived in our second week that were unruly and made it unpleasant but not hotels fault if people done know how to behave, hotel staff / manager did everything they could to control the situation. Definitely wouldn’t put us off recommending to families and couples or returning ourselves ☀️

Front desk: THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. When you go to the desk with a concern, they dont even let you finish talking to answer you. Every question that i had for the desk personal, they could not give me a properly answer. It's was like they know everything, and you as a guest dont know anything. I went to the front desk to ask For personal belongings of guest that have left in the morning leaving their, clothes. Before I could finish my sentence, the man answer no. I dOnt know. He did not even make the effort to write the number of the rooms down nor to call room service to ask. They have a rude way to talk to people. I WAS REALY FED UP, AND READY TO LEAVE THIS HOTEL. I ask for a late check out, once again the man did not make any effort to go look in their system, his answer was Noo i can not we are full. Buth i look on booking and could seee that I could book a room for that day, so theh had rooms available for a late check out. This was my first and last time at this hotel. There is not enough staff or space in restaurant. If you are all-inclusive, staff see you to your table and then actively avoid you in case you ask for a glass of wine. However, pay as you go guests are waited on very well. I work in hospitality and oversee several international hotels and can clearly see that this is a cost saving strategy by management, however I think this hotel is in danger of falling victim to chasing profit at the expense of building its reputation. Its a shame as its lost its charm.

Pros: The hotel overall is clean and they have a beautiful green area outside. The location is good near the beach and train station. The train ride to Barcelona is just amazing. The train line goes in parallel with beautiful beaches and ports. Bed was comfortable and there is a very comfortable lounge area downstairs where you can chill. There is a very nice play area for kids opened 1 h per day and the girls running it are super nice. There was also a kids disco in the evening and my child had lots of fun. The pool is decent and deep if you like deep water. There is a small kids pool as well. Cons: this hotel had the poorest all inclusive performance from all the all inclusive hotels I ve been on. The food is average, not good not bad. Some dishes are way too salty to the point I felt pain in my neck when swallowing. Same foods are also very repetitive and desserts taste like supermarket bought deserts. The juice from the dispenser is of a very cheap quality. You are not allowed to fill your bottle of water at the water dispenser inside the restaurant. I filled mine and a member of stuff very rudely touched my bottle of water and said I can't take it out. First of all, don't touch someone's bottle of water after you cleaned tables. It's disgusting. Then, you pay all inclusive and you are supposed to buy water from a vending machine inside the hotel. It's not some expensive wine, it's just water! If you go outside at the bar and ask for water, you will be offered a glass of tap water which tastes like bleach. If you want a bottle, you have to pay for it even if you are all inclusive. You are not allowed to take any drinks out of the drinking area so if you want to enjoy your coffee in bed, you can't. Another thing is that you are charged for towels. It's insignificant (€1.5 per day per towel) but this is the first time I stay in a hotel all inclusive for a whole week and I have to pay for a towel. Queues inside the restaurant are insane. You have to queue 15 min to get an egg in the morning, another 15-20 to get a decent piece of meat at lunch time. Lunch is also just 1 h, and that turned out to be the hour when my baby sleeps. I had to queue 15 min for a piece of chicken breast with a tired baby for lunch time everyday. These were the queue on the middle of October, i don't want to imagine the waiting times in August. Breakfast ends at 10, and when I went at 9 there was little food left, lots of empties. Also, the coffee machines and the juice dispenser for the fruit juices are closed at lunch and dinner. I like a coffee with my lunch and I couldn't have that. Then, walls inside the rooms are not soundproof. I could hear the snoring of the person in the other room and lots of noise on the hallway. The spa is definitely overprices because the gym is little equipped and the door at the saune couldn't be closed so the temperature inside was not high enough. We did have a great time in Spain and overall it was a pleasant stay here, with the mention of the details above. …

Stayed in this hotel from 9th October to 16th October 2023 . The hotel is overall great . Entertainment is amazing food is great . Selected drinks for all inclusive. 50% off ??? Which is a massive con all drinks should be included. There is just one problem with this hotel aswell there is to many kids throwing themselves around the floor screaming and shouting when your trying to relax . Family's just watching there children be nightmares for other people trying to enjoy there holiday. . Kids running up and down the hallway screaming and shouting after 11pm . Last time I will be coming to this hotel sorry but the family of 40 that was allowed to come on the Friday night. They were loud obnoxious rude . And completely took over the hotel like they were the only ones there . This was completely out of order and should not of been allowed to happen . And the morning we were leaving the maid went to walk in our room at 9.30 and wes surprised when we were still there . Last time I checked checkout was 10am not 9.30am . Dinner time on 14th which was a Saturday was overwhelming for your staff you put far to much pressure on your poor staff . Barmen seemed to treat all inclusive different to the other people half board.. to was enjoying ourselves until Friday then I just wanted to go home and get away from the madness was stressed and couldn't relax . Far far to many children allowed to run the hotel around the bar in and out of tables were people were sitting trying to relax and enjoy entertainment. I could go on . Sorry we enjoyed last time came . This time was a joke and the view was a joke in our room as well looking at palm trees I guess we didn't pay for a view but when we complained what was wrong with moving us somewhere else Instead of saying you didn't pay for the view which is highly unprofessional and won't get you any more custom from us . …

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The food was delicious, with lots of choice for all, and fresh food being cooked on the grill too. It’s in the nicer end of Santa Susanna, the beach is a short walk from the hotel, and within in a 10 minute flat walk is the train station. Train cost €11 return for a 1hr trip to the centre of Barcelona and ran all day (last train was 10pm). A great base.

One of my new favourite places to visit, the staff could not do enough for you (Shout out to the older gent on the bar and the lovely receptionist, I feel bad I couldn't see their name badges.. they had them I just couldn't see them 😅.) Everyone was so friendly and professional. The food was delicious and had a variety of options. I particularly loved their evening meals. The room was brilliant, a very comfortable bed with one complete mattress and I feel like I need to mention this as a lot of hotels I stayed in that have double beds push two together and put a fitted sheet over the top.
