When I booked the Sunset View Club, I didn’t pick up that is was part of the ‘Diamond Resorts’ chain... We had visited a Diamond Resort approximately 6 years ago and said never again... We sat around the bars in the area for approximately 5 hours waiting for our room, only to be informed that our room wouldn’t be available that day so they were transferring us to the ‘Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club’ and guess what, that is exactly the place we had visited twice previously and said never again!... In short, this re-emphasised our dislike of Diamond Resorts and in future, I will be far more careful when checking times for room access and exit...

...If you need a taxi I recommend just booking a metred one as the hotel will book one for you but it works out about six euros more...

This resort has the best and most healthy staff we have found on our many years of travelling Nothing is to much bother and any problems are dealt with immediately. We cannot criticise this place in any way and would recommend it to anyone...

The check-in and check0out process was very smooth... Beds are sooo comfy and parking can be right outside of your suite...

Also it was my birthday during our stay & I was given a card & a bottle of wine from the staff, such a thoughtful thing to do, thank you !!...

I always try and use Sunset view as the accomodation is first class with air-conditioning all year... Ground floor apartments have a garden area with sunbeds and table,chairs etc... Sunset view is a small well maintained property in a central position very close near external shops and restaurants. The property is well maintained with a nice easy accessible swimming pool and sun lounges... Very helpful and efficient staff and we would like to come again...
