We stayed as a family of 4, myself and my 3 children and we had the best time. The resort was perfect for us. The pool area was great, facilities super, staff amazing especially Lorena in the restaurant who was always there to give me a hand, a big morning smile, assist my children so that I could eat breakfast and also pat me on the back to tell me what a great job I was doing which was so needed. The daily hour and a half kids club was incredible and the team there were second to none. The did so many activities and knew all the kids who had visited before greeting parents with such welcome it was lovely to witness. I left my 2 x 7 years olds and felt completely comfortable in their care and they couldn't wait to get back every day. Food was divine, great value with kids set meals for 12.95 including main, dessert and a drink, happy hour BOGOF for cocktails 8.95, wines 6.00 beers etc daily from 5-6pm, huge portions for adults and lovely attentive staff. There is a fab half board offer for 5 nights when you are there for only 180 euros per adult and 90ish for each child which I think is great value for money. Alternatively each adult main was between 16 & 25 euros and breakfast was 8.5 euros a child and 13.50 an adult and it was great and tasty. Beautiful beach 15 minutes by bus just outside or 18 euros in a cab, really good supermarket 2 minutes walk down the road for a bigger shop that the hotel store and San Blas 5 mins drive for dinners out. Overall a brilliant property that we will be visiting again.

CLC members and returning guests, stayed in a 2 bed signature house. Accommodation is fab, downstairs bedroom and bathroom, upstairs master bedroom with en-suite and balcony with double sunbed. Downstairs.. open plan lounge, large TV with English channels and sky sports, well equipped kitchen, (substantial welcome pack on arrival) and dining area. Outside private terrace with hot tub and a gas BBQ on request. Great WiFi in house and communal areas. The staff are all fab, reception really professional and helpful, bar staff are attentive and animated and the maid service is exceptional. The public areas are spotlessly clean, loads of sun beds around the pool, life guard on duty when pool is open. Entertainment every evening is easy listening, food in on site restaurant is also good, the pizzas are amazing! Small shop on complex has most essentials and fresh bread baked daily. Local restaurants in San Blas and los Abrigos are accessible with a seafront walkway just 5 mins from resort. Car hire recommended to see the resorts and sights further afield, taxi service, rank at bottom of road is great though for evenings out. Already booked for next year.

We had a fabulous apartment on this lovely complex. The apartment had open plan living area/full kitchen with large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher; the bedroom/bathroom was open plan with his and hers wash basins and a large jacuzzi bath, a separate toilet and shower. There is another shower room/toilet off the living area. A balcony off the bedroom has a table an chairs, the balcony off the living area had a large hot tub and two reclining chairs. Towels were changed daily and the room cleaned every other day. The whole complex was spotlessly clean. The pool area had plenty sunbeds, but I think it would get very busy in high season. It was comfortable for us in November. Zachery's bar and restaurant on-site was pleasant for drinks. We didn't eat there in the evening but lunches were lovely. Not cheap but fair value. The on-site shop is only open until 2.30pm and fairly expensive. There is a larger outlet at the nearby Golf Plaza hotel which is cheaper. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars in the area and a short walk to San Blas area will provide more bars and restaurants as well as some shops and a supermarket. A lovely walk along the coast to the fishing village of Los Abrigos brings a good selection of excellent fish restaurants and bars. Buses to local areas are every hour, but if you need to go further afield a car is advised. Taxis are expensive. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely return.

We ended up staying here by accident! Following an air traffic control collapse our flight was delayed by 48 hours. We waited hours at the airport to be allocated a hotel as promised by the airline and were eventually told to sort ourselves out.
I was really worried about finding somewhere that could accommodate a family so late at night in peak holiday season. I called a few local hotels where calls were routed to call centres in other countries. I stumbled across the Wyndham on Google and thank heavens a lovely man called Stefan answered from the reception desk. He talked me through how to book and said he’d look out for us arriving. I could have cried because he was so kind and sympathetic. He even arranged for us to have some dinner when we arrived.
Only 15 minutes from the airport by taxi the Wyndham resort is a mixture of apartments and villas. Apartment was very clean and even had a washing machine. Kids were on a sofa bed but it folded out to form a proper, decent sized bed and they were both very comfortable.
The whole resort is very relaxed. There is no reserving of sunbeds around the large and warm pool. The restaurant is nice and the staff are friendly and genuine. There is some live music laid on each evening which we enjoyed.
As others have mentioned it is on the flight path into Tenerife South. This didn’t bother us at all and the children quite liked looking at the planes and guessing where they’d come from.
We had breakfast included and this is a simple but very good quality buffet that you can eat outside under a shady veranda.
There are a few restaurants nearby but this area of the island is very quiet compared to the big resorts. We plan to return and enjoy the resort properly. We plan to hire a car so we can get out an explore a bit and visit some of the bigger towns.
Surprised people have moaned about the courtesy room. It’s a spacious room with a shower and whilst I would have liked to have had access to a hairdryer I was grateful to have access to a cool shower and somewhere to change after a hot day and before a long journey. You do need to take your own towels in so either keep your pool towel or ensure you have access to your own.
Thank you again to the Wyndham residences for putting us up and being so kind when things had gone so badly wrong with our flight. We are all really grateful. It’s set us up for the next leg of the adventure… a flight to Scotland when we live in England!

It is the third year in a row that we go to the Wyndham Residences Tenerife Golf del Sur hotel during Easter, we are a family with 2 children and in 2022 we paid 380 eur for 5 nights (I admit that it is a bargain) in 2023 680 eur for 6 nights (more expensive but still better price), this Easter 2024, booking with 6 months, we paid 1000 eur for the same, but since we really liked the hotel we accepted it. When you arrive it turns out that they no longer clean the rooms, they only clean them once if you stay for more than 8 days!! For that I'm going to a private apartment. Furthermore, this year it was taken over by English people who reserve all the hammocks at 8 am even with the signs on all the umbrellas that it is prohibited to reserve hammocks, the hotel staff does nothing to solve it. The hotel is completely focused on English tourism and ignores national tourism and at the reception they only make faces like they don't know anything. It's a shame, but for the price they are now asking, my recommendation is to look for other places. There are many with better quality-price ratio.

The Wyndham Residence is a great place to stay.This was our first time in this resort and the hotel was everything we could have wished for.we stayed on a self catering bases .
The studio apartment was of a high standard and very spacious with everything you needed.
Hotel bar and food were very good and reasonably priced.
Pool area was always clean and sun beds always available.
Outside of the hotel restaurant and bars are quite spread out across the resort , but we found on our last night that a walk of about 20-25 mins to San Bais there is a lovely area with bars and restaurants with plenty of choice.

Hotel is very quiet and suited more to families with young children or older people. There are a few restaurants near by however not loads. The apartment was lovely very modern and a nice big terrace. The pool area was lovely but no inflatables or balls in the pool was disappointing. Entertainment during the day was brilliant we loved aqua fit and bingo and the water polo and volleyball were great fun. Evening entertainment was poor after 6pm there was only a singer each night and most of the time no one was paying them any attention. The kids playback, golf, pingpong and pool tables were good fun. Staff were friendly and very helpful in arranging taxis when needed and bags were taken to our room and stored while waiting for pick up at no extra cost. Beds were comfortable and no noise at night time from people or vehicles. Apartments were well equipped and it was a nice touch to have a welcome pack of biscuits, bread, milk, orange juice, butter and jam on arrival.

We stayed for 5 nights in February and could not have asked for more: Our room was spotless, the cleaners were out every morning using antibacterial spray on the hand rails. The reception staff are so friendly. Zacharys bistro is a little expensive, but the food is tasty (more vegan options needed though!) The staff in Zacharys work hard and are lovely too.
The baby pool is amazing, my little girls were never out of it, it’s as warm as a bath! There was some entertainment on during the day and at night which was great for February as we didn’t expect anything. We would definitely return here again!

We needed a week away for R&R with busy work lives and this place hi the mark! Very well maintained, even cleaning the flowerbeds daily, the poolside pressure washed and all surfaces wiped. Staff were attentive but not intrusive and very friendly. Even let me put the rugby on in the main bar!
1 bed apartment with private terrace suited us perfectly and easy walk to shops, restaurants & bars within 2-300 meters.
Near airport so easy €15 taxi, but does mean there is aircraft noise but if you've had kids you learn to block it out and not notice!

We spent a week with friends in a signature suite at the Wyndham Golf del Sur resort. The jacuzzi is in the apartment we were assigned on a terrace that is freely accessible from the grounds. It didn't bother us because we used it in our swimwear. Great importance is attached to functionality and cleanliness (daily checks). Reported defects or needs were responded to immediately. We then asked reception whether the implementation was satisfactory. The resort is located in the middle of a golf landscape in a very quiet area, but right in the flight path to the airport. During our week there were only landings from this side, so we didn't find the background noise during the day really disturbing. After 10 p.m. there was practically no air traffic. The Zacary's restaurant within the resort offers good food and friendly service at reasonable prices. Overall a very nice resort and worth further visits.
