Stayed with 1 yr old, staff helpful and nice. Used free bus service everyday to beach and Puerto Rico. Food very good as long as you get there when first opens if not can be cold. A couple of meals husband didn't enjoy but he is fussy, always something to eat. Won't return though due to not much to do...

The location is really great - a sunny hillside with a view over the beach. The junior suites have sunbeds on a terrace and at least of some balconies, and are spacious, nice and clean. Then there's the crowded pool area, the cold and repetitive food, the sun-standard alcohol (no cava in a Spanish all inclusive, really?) and the mainly...

Just left the Altamadores, overall the hotel is excellent, great staff, good food, nice apartments, but it's location is a minor problem, being on the middle of the hillside it's a distance either way, a free bus is provided though. But why no free WiFi, most of the bars n restraunts provide it free, why not a large hotel complex.

We've just got back from a short stay and we would definitely stay here again. The room was lovely (although the sofa beds were beyond squeaky!!). Our view was beautiful. We had a 2 year old with us so thankfully we had a higher floor room so being on the balcony was fine for her. The lower rooms didn't have...

The pool area and pool are lovely and everything is kept lovely and clean. However,...

Just returned from a week here and am struggling to marry our experience with the reviews on here. Hotel at best was average. Both the room and pool area alot smaller than photos made out (could only just about walk around the bed in our room although lounge area was quite large). Food was very disappointing, breakfast same everyday, lunch...

Love this place. Had our last 5 family holidays here. It feels like home and we are looking to return next yr........but..... having emailed the hotel 6 times now to request a price, the booking process seems to be letting it down. We would rather book directly this time so as to avoid another Low Cost holiday issue like last...
