Don't know why people are complaining....We had a lovely stay, staff were friendly and the rooms were nice, our only complaint is that the beds and pillows were uncomfortable but apart from that we had a lovely time. whilst we were there the apartments were being renovated so we look forward to going back and seeing them and hopefully they...

Arrived at complex late afternoon, and upon entering the gates hadn't a clue where to go for reception but noticed by the bar there stood a kiosk style building which turned out to be reception. We were given keys to an apartment and pointed in the direction where we'd find it, the receptionist stated clearly to be careful on the...

We had booked this holiday in January and 0n the 29th September we arrived at reception to find we had been given a room in the Las Buganvillas apartments due to over booking instead of a 1 bedroom apartment which I found unbelievable due to the length of time it had been booked.I had already reviewed these apartments and a...

The receptionist was very sorry about it as we have stayed at Eden...

Myself and my husband have just returned from one of the worse holidays ever at the Eden annex. We arrived late evening and luckily the girl in reception was still there so we got our key and went up to one of the balcony rooms. The rooms were very dated not many sockets and in dire need of decorating. There...

We stayed in the Eden annexe. There are good points and bad points. Firstly the outside and grounds are immaculately maintained. The annexe is separate from The Eden and is very quite and not crowded. It is located just opposite the Europa shopping centre which is good but is noisy at night. The rooms are cleaned and towels changed frequently....

We have just returned from two weeks at The Eden Annex, after thinking we had booked the Eden. Can't say how I pleased I am we were here and not the Eden. Eden annex is so quiet, peaceful and clean. Big thanks to Myra and Hose who run the bar, our children loved them, they even helped plan a birthday...

Hi I booked to stay at Eden apartments with yourself and was disgusted to find that we was mis-sold our holiday from you guys. We paid for our holiday on your website with the pictures of a nice new complex and ended up in the annex of a hotel called Boungvilas just behind Eden apartments. I'm not being funny I...
