Reception staff are rude but staff in bar etc..Wonderful..Spotless and maids are trustworthy and so friendly...Activities for kids and focus on them is lovely but they canceled things at short notice upsetting kids.

As far as I could see, this was just a raised area in the restaurant with about 4 tables on it. I don't think it's part of the all inclusive. I didn't actually see anyone sitting there all week. We weren't aware of any other... More
