This hotel, although adequate, is most definitely not 4* in any sense of the word. It has spa and gym facilities which I presume afforded it the 4* grade but that doesn't compensate for those who want a little luxury. There are also several outdoor pools to cater for adults and children alike. However, there is not a heated indoor....

I stayed at this hotel as part of a Saga trip. HOTEL: First impression of hotel was a little disappointing. It's a shame the weather wasn't warmer (realise it's impossible to predict this) as the bar was in a different area to the reception, restaurant even further away! ROOMS: There are no bedroom photos on the website. They were comfortable...

The countryside around Polignano is not the most beautiful in the world but at the heart of many of the sprawling urban centres you will find an attractive medieval centre with plenty of attractive restaurants and shops. There are one or two sites in the area which are world class and well worth a visit e.g. Arborobello and Matera. If...

Stayed here over Easter 2017 The hotel is clean and very well maintained. The gardens in and around the resort are again well maintained and beautiful. All staff from bar staff to cleaners are very friendly and most speak a good level of English. Lorenzo on Reception is very helpful and if you ask nicely, he'll lend you his umbrella....

This place is simply gorgeous. Went with Saga, full board, free wine, and it was one of the loveliest sites. Single room consisting of bedroom and sitting room - a suite with bathroom (shower only). An unbelievable choice of food. And if you like animals, pet rabbits and cats in the grounds. Look at the pictures on Google.

This hotel is very clean and the staff work hard to keep it that way even out of season. Food perfectly good and a great variety of dishes considering the amount of people they were catering for. I went out of season so many of the facilities were closed but this suited me and, I suspect, the others who were...

We stayed here as part of a tour group of around 60. One the positive side, the room was clean and quite large. On the negative side, it was a long way from what I'd expect in a supposedly four star resort and the closest I can compare it to is a low end Ibis. Beds are small (two singles...

Large property with clean spacious suites located just 10 minutes from Polignano a Mare. Impeccable pools, loungers, umbrellas, bars, etc. near a rugged and beautiful coastline. Plentiful buffets with a variety of very good local dishes and a never ending self-serve spigot for red and white wine! (Red wine served a little to cold). Easy to drive to and overall...

Poor location, and no walks locally. Set out just like a 1950's holiday camp, but worse. Entrance to the site is marred by discarded toilet, sink and various discarded fridges, and washing machines along the road. Accept this is not in the hotel grounds, but I would have thought that they would make some effort to clear it up as...
