Our group of 11 People had the pleasure to stay 8 days in this beautiful Masseria style Hotel and we received the most courteous and professional service we have ever experienced in Italy. From the Front Office, Door/Bell Staff to the Breakfast Crew, the Restaurant Staff with the Best Bartender, and not forgetting the Room Attendants. This Hotel has the best People working very hard!! The Food, not only in the Restaurant, but also our three pre-planned meals were out of this world in quality and presentations. Thank you very much for making Borgobianco and Puglia proud!!

We recently stayed at Borgobianco and can say we were not disappointed. The whole experience was wonderful from the location to the staff and food. We had booked a suite which had a sitting area as well as nice balcony to sit on in the mornings and evenings, enjoying the coffee supplied in the room. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh fruit and cakes, pastries as well as ham and cheeses. They also cooked eggs on request which made a nice change. This was all served on the rooftop terrace overlooking fields and the sea in the distance. Food in the restaurant was always delicious and innovative. They also had great selection of wine. The service from the staff was always impeccable and attentive, explaining each dish they served to us. The White bar had a great selection of cocktails and they would also make cocktails not on the menu. Small tweaks were also made to traditional recipes giving them an enjoyable twist. The pool area was lovely with plenty of beds always available, and a good pool to have a cooling dip in throughout the day. The pool bar again had a good selection of bites for lunch and was always very tasty. The reception staff were always very helpful and courteous. They have a courtesy bus into Polignano, which made going out for an evening meal in town very easy, without having to worry about parking. We even had some treatments in the spa which were very relaxing and a nice experience and would definitely recommend the MASSAGGIO AYURVEDICO. All the staff at the hotel were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

A beautiful resort just outside of the town of Polignano a Mare. This was our “home base” for a family trip (11 adults, 3 kids) and would highly recommend it as a 5-star experience. Every one of our needs was anticipated and taken care of by the fantastic staff. Specialty drinks, late night service, breakfast boxes for early excursions, you name it and the staff will deliver. The resort grounds were beautiful, set in the middle of olive farms and vineyards. The resort itself has many olive and fruit trees, some just off the back patio of our room! The rooms were elegant and clean, comfortable but not too large, but that comes with staying in an updated farmhouse/manor. The hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool but I don’t think anyone used the indoor pool. The outdoor pool, deck, and bar had everything you would need for a relaxing day in the sun. When ordering drinks you will be offered olives and snacks, suggest you get them every time. We were fortunate enough to be staying during Ferragosto and the hotel restaurant put on an elaborate cocktail hour and multi-course dinner. The chef has a flair for molecular gastronomy which was a lot of fun when put in the context of the traditional Apulian setting and local ingredients.

The Masseria BorgoBianco is the place to stay. I don't know where to start: the silence; the breeze: it was never hot; the surrounding landscape - in Italy by law is an integral part of the national cultural heritage -; the sea view; the spacious, luminous and always sparkling clean suite; the magnificent breakfast: all fresh and handmaid; the restaurant: nothing short of at least 1 star Michelin; the staff: always going out of their way to help and satisfy any request. To mention one last thing that seems to be not immediately related to the review but is telling of the place's quality. In Italy, quite a few politicians complain about the supposedly choosiness or laziness of the Italian youth. I would recommend them to visit this place. All the staff is quite young but extremely professional. They put dedication and love in what they do and ... I never saw them resting. Borgo Bianco is the place to understand and feel what Puglia and Italian hospitality is all about.

Borgobianco is a lovely MGallery hotel in a quiet setting not far from busy Polignano a Mare. The White Restaurant is simply fantastic. We stayed for one week and decided to have dinner at the restaurant every evening. The Michelin star chef suprised us with a splendid variety of dishes. In addition, beeing a wine consultant, I was very impressed with the knowledge of the restaurant manager, Mr Aleandro Ranieri. His professionalism and friendly attitude made our stay worth every penny. He even managed to introduce us to one of the best wine producers in the region, who I am already in business with. Being a Platinum member of Accor, I must say that the hotel and its excellent staff made this week a truly memorable one. Well done Borgobianco and Aleandro Ranieri.

Lovely hotel and a great setting in a rural location. What made this hotel better were the staff. Everyone we meet was very pleasant and always willing to assist with no fuss. Notably, Alexandro who was at the restaurant, breakfast and pool bar. Always were professional with a friendly manner. Great to experience such professional service, very well done. Also other staff we meet were Nic ( Head barman) great G&Ts with the Puro twist! Georgia ( reception) and Cosimo who was always around to help or drop you into town. Well done all the staff👏 Our room was a little small and the bathroom had a few minor maintenance issues but over all good. This is a lovely area with Monopoli and Polignano de Mar not to far away. The hotel offer a free drop off and pick up in Polignano which is lovely for an evening meal or an afternoon lunch or beach visit. Thanks to all for a pleasant week.

after reading all the fab reviews we were expecting to find a haven of peace and gorgeousness. - Well! This place is like a Time Warp, it must have opened in the 80s and they havent changed one thing. The rooms were off a lovely courtyard and we were given junior suites which were a lovely size but the decor was so dated it was a bit creepy The potential that this place could be great is endless but its so wasted we went for lunch - near to the pool which was also a nice enough setting. The waiters were odd, one word answers and as if they didnt understand us. Nicola the head man there - he seems to be everywhere and overworked is literally the only person there with a bit of sense and a bit of initiative - he did try to make everything better in the after noon, he served us wine and horsdoevres as a way to say sorry about lunch I forgot to mention the pool, this place is sold as a spa retreat, whilst I dont mind kids, there were loads of babies everywhere which was fine, but no dedicated pool or play area. the pool was quite old and dirty and none of us felt like we would want to go in to it anyway onto breakfast, which is at the top of the building - its only a couple of storeys the view was gorgeous and again the potential was there BUT watered down fresh orange!! someone standing guard but the menial buffet which looked so drab and old fashioned it was as if they were guarding what could be taken. The cereal was in little boxes, which is a bit old style and a bit like a boarding school The whole place was hot and flies everywhere The SPA, was beyond disgusting, it was obviously a place for the kids to play - a hot dingy indoor pool no effort made and the kids were playing there This is not a SPA at all There was a man making eggs, which were quite nice and you could have anything but he had a miserable face and one word answers The only good thing about this place was Nicola and the female staff on reception (a couple of the men were completely nonplussed and not happy to help at all) someone, get this place and sort it out, it could be fab if it gets an overhaul one other good thing was the WIFI it worked excellently

Excellent stay in the beautiful Puglia Region. Food was amazing - we ate in the restaurant three nights in a row but the best part was the wonderful Nicola who looked after us in the bar. He took service to another level with grace and good humour and great insights into the area which he clearly loves. The wine list in the restaurant was extensive and the food served with knowledge of its provenance. The pool was a delight to come ‘home’ to after a day exploring and the playlist gave it a very chilled vibe- so much so I’ve downloaded my own! Thankyou to the team- you run a great operation.

A destination that feels very relaxing and exclusive. It is exactly what we needed after a long trip from the United States. The staff, food, and drinks were excellent. The pool bartender, Tibari, was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The drinks he made for us are some of the best we have had in our lives and are a must try if you stay here. If you get the chance to visit this beautiful resort, request that Tibari makes you a cucumber sensation. It is a refreshing drink that is perfect for sipping by the pool. I promise you won’t regret it.

Wow! What a magical place! The location is stunning and the building beautiful - the photos do not do it justice. If you are looking for a paradise to relax in, somewhere to unwind where serenity is easily found, then you must stay here. We were lucky enough to have two weeks here and now we are home, it feels like it was a dream. The room was spotless and was serviced twice a day. We were on the ground floor and had a very decent sized patio with garden area. The bathroom was well-appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable - we haven't slept so well in years! Breakfast was served daily from 7:30 - 10:30 on the second-floor terrace with fabulous views over the countryside to the sea. There was a good choice on the continental style buffet (croissants to cake, yoghurt and fruit juices, ham and cheeses, a range of breads, etc) plus the option for eggs cooked any way you liked. The staff (Sara, Desire, Roberto, Claudio, Angelo, Karim, Antonio, Aleandro, and a second Claudio) were always happy and cheerful with nothing too much trouble - given they had often not finished while late the day before, it was amazing just how attentive they were. The pool area was tranquil, set-in beautiful grounds and well looked after by Piero the pool assistant who ensured guests had towels, the umbrellas and sun loungers as they wanted them and made sure that the hydro was switched on in the jacuzzi when needed – thanks Piero! Next to the pool was a bar and outside eating area. The bar (with the fabulous Roberto) offered a vast range of drinks with Roberto’s cocktails being the best. Food was served between 12:00 and 2:30 with a choice of pasta or fish of the day along with regular choices. After 2:30, food was still available but a more simple choice of salads or traditional breads with tomatoes. The waiters rotated from those at breakfast or dinner and offered the same fantastic service as at those times. The food was always well-prepared and well-presented (thanks Angelo!) and was extremely good! Then there is the spa. The treatments are the price you would expect in a five star hotel but worth it – thanks Valentina and Angela! Our massages and facials were just fab! Reception staff (Nica, Giorgia, Mauro, Pedro, Pierguiseppe, Carlo and Cosimo) were equally excellent – they were so helpful and, again, as with all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. Dinner was always an event. If you didn’t wish for the formal restaurant, there was the option to dine in the bar, but going to the restaurant was a Michelin star level experience. The same waiting staff were on hand, but with that little extra flourish. Bread, olive oil and fabulous amuse-bouchées were always served. There was an unchanging menu with a good cover of different styles of dishes (meat, fish, pasta, etc) plus a daily specials’ menu. And then the bar after dinner where Nicola always managed to know just what we were after! The variety of drinks, and the quality of the range on offer, was excellent. The whole experience was managed by Sonia, the hotel director, who was a delight. Sonia – you have the best team of any hotel we have ever stayed in! Borgobianco, you will be in our dreams forever!
