Rip off. On there website there was a price offered for 26 EUR non ensuite or 30 EUR ensuite. And this was for the month of September also! When I booked they said they made a mistake and that they will correct the website (which they have now done) However I think that it is absolutely unprofessional to offer this...

Thank you for your review Dana, If you check our website you will find that there is no single occupancy rates during the season (June, July, August, September) and there was no changes made since we put the rates on our website at the beginning of this year. It also says on the website that rates are only an indication...

Stayed here for two nights in September for a Skellig trip. Unfortunately we broke down on the way and had to abandon our car at the side of the road but a nice stranger gave us a lift. The next morning the manager Aleksander couldn't have been more helpful, ringing a garage for us to arrange getting the car fixed...

- Great location right next to the harbour. - Lots of parking spaces. - Friendly host. - Dining room and kitchen seemed pleasant though we ate out most of the time. Only downside I can think of is that there were few plugs in our room considering there were 6 of us.

Youth hostel with very limited service and small bedrooms. However, it is very cheap and it can be a good choice for a family as they offer rooms for 4 at a low price. No breakfast available but a kitchen is opened for cooking.

My son booked this not realising 'budget luxury accommodation' in the title meant hostel. It does seem to be very popular and that is obviously because of the price which is about £23 each per night. Pros - close to Portmagee harbour, plenty of parking, tv room with pool table. Quite clean. Cons - you need to hire a towel...

Ideal location in a quiet area but within 7 or 8 minutes walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Cheap and cheerful accommodation. Friendly man on reception, no problem getting checked in, he showed us the games / TV Lounge and Kitchen / dining area. The room was basic but clean. No TV in room, however at this price I didn't...

The good: room and shared bathroom were very clean. Location was good, a short walk uphill from the port. Excellent wifi signal. Plenty of parking. Excellent price point for this area. Stuff to be aware of: towels available for rent for 1 euro. There was no shower in the bathroom - instead, there was a length of tubing connecting the...

Mattress had springs protruding, very uncomfortable and was dirty/stained. Staff/management were neither friendly nor helpful. Fire safety measures not up to standard, missing fire protection in doors, no emergency lighting on stairs, handrail loose. Very poor latch on door with no receiver, door could be forced easily, rooms not secure enough to leave valuables.

Had a lovely stay with some friends here in may, the staff where lovely. they looked after us and gave us a run down on where to eat in the town if we fancied to eat out. The rooms and facilities were very clean and well kept. and the cost was very little compared to other sites we looked at

Aleksander was a really nice host, he helped us with everything -including the booking to visit the Skellig Michael- and gave us a better room. The room and the bed were nice and warm. The hotel has a tv room, complete kitchen and parking. It is very close from the two pubs/restaurant and the harbor. He gave us a very...
