Detailed Reviews
This place is seriously first rate. The surroundings are gorgeous - the attention to detail is amazing. The beach is lovely - small, clean, comfortable sun beds, not too crowded. The rooms and views from everywhere are beautiful. The Nobelos family and all the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, helpful. This is honestly the BEST place I've ever stayed and I am rather picky. The restaurant was also really good and we ate most of our meals there.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Nobelos Boutique Hotel in Zakynthos from July 29th to August 4th. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The room was clean and very comfortable and the traditional rustic style was very welcoming. The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing. It is out of the way of the usual tourist spots so you can expect a calm, quiet and relaxing stay. The grounds are beautiful and there are many places to lounge by the water and soak up the sun. It is also very close to a small port (about a 3 minute walk) where you can find many small restaurants and shops. Speaking of restaurants, the Nobelos Bio Restaurant is absolutely amazing. It has some of the best food we have ever had the pleasure of tasting - every single thing we ordered was delicious. Finally, I wanted to mention Fotini and her lovely family. After initially booking, we had many questions that we emailed to her and she always had a prompt and polite reply. From the very first moment we arrived we felt very welcome. This family is warm and kind, and always tried their best to make sure every single detail of our stay was perfect. I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone considering visiting Zakynthos – you will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately I did not get to stay at the hotel as they were fully booked but was really surprised at how helpful the family was to find a place for me during my stay in Agios Nicholas.
I ate at the restaurant twice and both meals were exceptional. The hotel is situated in one of the amazing locations in Zakynthos and is a place I would definitely go back with friends!

Fotini and her family who run this hotel are quite exceptional in their willingness to serve and provide a most delightful holiday experience. The hotel is situated in a most peaceful location with an exquisite view of the bay, and allows swimming from a carefully located ladder into delightful waters. The rooms are comfortable and fresh towels and linen provide daily. The restaurant food is quite the best on the island and the fish superbly coked. Fotini will also make special foods to order and is well known for her ice creams. The breakfasts are quite superb, served without any time pressure and entirely to suit the individual. The whole experience at Nobelos is personal and quite wonderful.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel that faces an incredible private beach where we spent most of our time. The breakfast is good and the staff is incredibly kind. The room we had was very clean and nice, the only issue we had was the shower, since the height of the roof was too short to fit a person. Despite that, I highly recommend to stay here if you want to relax and enjoy the beauty of this island.

when we decided to go to Greece, we had a dream of knowing navagio beach. After much research we decided to book this wonderful hotel. Almost a family home. 4 delightfully decorated suites, a 5 star restaurant, a very pleasant environment, a private beach of the best and most beautiful we have ever known and above all a special treatment of the Nobelos brothers, especially Dionisius and Stamatis and their sensational team. We ended our trip in an exceptional way !!! I highly recommend it !!!

We've just returned from a week of complete relaxation at the Nobelos. We stayed in the Blue Cave suite which was spacious and comfortable and elegant. The gardens are beautifully maintained with lots of seats in the shade. The private shingle beach is reached down a few steps and we spent every day there. It never got very busy and there were ample sun beds, some with parasols and some in the shade. The restaurant was excellent, especially the fresh fish and the shrimp saganaki. The ice cream is home made and comes in great flavours like Oreo and Mandarin and Pine Nut. Great wine list too and we loved the Greek breakfast. The best thing of all was the friendly family and their staff who own and run both the hotel and restaurant. Mrs Nobelos also runs a shop on the site selling her lovely handmade jewellery as well as clothing and other things.

We stayed at this lovely family hotel at the beginning of June 2015.
Having read all the fab reviews, our expectations were pretty high.
Well, having stayed at the Hotel Nobelos for 9 days, we can genuinely say that our experience far exceeded our expectations.
This is a wonderful place with amazing scenery. The hotel is situated on the beautiful north part of the island, in a small cove with its own private beach. The rooms are clean and spacious, decorated in a rustic style. Each room has a private balcony, or terrace. From our room, with a terrace, we had views of Kefalonia and a small island just opposite the cove. Every morning we could see the ferry leaving the small harbour of Agios Nikolaus, for Kefalonia.
The private beach, which is a one minute walk from the room, is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of sun loungers and deck chairs. It even has a couple of hammocks, dangling from the trees, where you can sit, soak up the sun with a glass of something in your hand and reflect over the beauty and tranquility of this place.
The Nobelos family with Fotini and her family, Nikos, Stamatis, Dionisis and Alexandros, really make this place very very special. They are so warm, friendly and welcoming. The service is fantastic, and the food in the restaurant, (which is located just above the beach) is amazing. It’s all organic, home made, fresh, creative and served with a friendly smile. Probably the best restaurant on the island.
Nearby, (about a five minute walk), is the small port of Agios Nikolaus, where you can catch a ferry to Kefalonia. Or get one of the small glass bottomed boats to visit the blue caves and shipwreck beach. Ok, it’s a bit touristy, but not overly so. It’s not expensive, and is definitely worth a visit. Your guide, the guy who drives the boat, is very friendly and will, with great knowledge, tell you some interesting facts along the way. It’s a wonderful little trip, with several blue caves to visit. You even get a chance to dive off the boat and swim into one of them. At shipwreck beach, with its blue turquoise water, you could think you were in the Caribbean.
In Agios Nikolaus itself, there’s not really much to do, but it’s a lovely little port with a beach, a few shops, cafés and restaurants, and has a friendly atmosphere where you can just chill out and enjoy the beautiful views.
Our stay at the fabulous Nobelos Boutique Hotel with the lovely Nobelos family was the best holiday we’ve ever had. The attention to detail in creating this little paradise is exceptional. So artistic, warm and tasteful. What a relaxing, friendly and wonderful place! We’ll definitely be back again.

My family and I stayed at Nobelos Boutique hotel for a week in June 2015 and it was hands down the best vacation we've done so far! The hotel was beautiful and the family that runs it were always hospitable and service minded. A tip is to order their fish, it is truly amazing!
The location couldn't have been better! The nature was spectacular and compared to other parts of Zante there wasn't that many tourists, which was a big plus for us since we wanted a peaceful stay.
We've always wanted to explore the Greek islands but after staying at this hotel we can't wait to come back to Zante! You can see for yourself that I'm getting all euphoric only by talking about this Hotel. 5 out of 5 stars, definitely.
