What a stunning place! Dream Luxury Suites was simply amaizing and magical. The welcome that we received from Dimitri,Elene and all the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating to us. They made us feel safe at all time helping us plan our days in Santorini according to the season. They went above and beyond answering our questions about tours, car rental and restaurant reservations so we didnt have to worry about anything during our stay. We booked the Armonia Suite for our stay which was breathtaking. The view from the terrace with the infinity pool and jacuzzi was like living a fairy tale. The rooms were beautiful and clean at all time. Breakfast was amazing with the view and Gianni always brought it with a big smile. The location was ideal with a easy walk to Fira. Sunsets are a must from the villa because it has the perfect spot for you to enjoy it. Out of all the places we were able to stay Dreams was without comparison the best in location, staff, food and service. Can't wait to come back and stay in Dreams again. Francisco & Alondra

****Beware of this hotel****Dreams Luxury Suites! Hotel Employee entered our room while he thought we were asleep Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for 5 days for The week of Thanksgiving 2019. The room was very nice. It was called the imverogli. It had 2 outdoor heated pools and one indoor pool and sauna. The room had 2 ac units but both struggled to keep the room cool so it was always hot and humid in the room. The views were gorgeous. Breakfast was fresh but very basic. No pancakes or waffles. You have to order lunch and dinner from local restaurants and the delivery is a free service of the hotel (by a hotel employee that entered our room unannounced while we were asleep later in the review) and they only accept euros so no credit cards allowed The hotel is located on a secluded path behind the monastery of st. Nikolas so it is always dark in the area at night. The staff seemed very helpful and friendly. Earlier that night the water went out in the entire room for about 3 hours. We called the front desk and they said they were going to check and see what was going on. Then the manager Dmitri came to the room and said that in order to get the water back on he had to switch off the hot water and that a technician was going to service the hot water tank in the morning. Later on that night it was windy and cold and we were asleep when someone we recognized that worked at the hotel came into room at 5 02 in the morning. This guy worked at the front desk overnight and I recognized him as delivering the food we ordered from local restaurants. Normally the staff knocks on the door to let us know that they are there but this time someone opened the door and peeked in the room and was about to come in when I screamed Hey! Very loud that startled him and he ran off! My wife went into shock! She was so frantic! In a luxury hotel you are not suppose to have these problems! The room has a main front door and a courtyard door which you could normally hear open from the inside the room but this time the person didn't open the courtyard door so I didn't hear him approach the main door. I called the front desk repeatedly and they didn't answer for around 30 minutes. I also called the Santorini police which took around 20 minutes to get to the hotel. The police officers said they went to the check In desk and the person was acting very fishy. When the police asked him for the camera footage he told them that it didn't work. When asked did he have a key to the room he said no that we had the room keys. The keys to the rooms are traditional and not card keys. The police officers then came to our room and spoke to us. We told them what happened and they told us that he was acting fishy and if we wanted to press charges. My wife who at this time was beyond irate was packing to go to the airport at 5 45am because she was uncomfortable and ready to go now! Our flight was in 7 hours but she ultimately decided that we were not going to stay a minute more in that room. The police officers then called us a Taxi to the airport and the manager was called when they realized we were intent on leaving. The manager Dmitri showed up after 10 minutes and started making excuses for the action of the guy by saying he was cleaning the pool at 5 in the morning (the pool was NOT located in the room!) but when he realized that the guy working for him at the front desk had entered the room unannounced he said let's checkout then and you can go. He did offer to take us to the airport but we declined as he was also acting erratic and pushy as the the police had to tell him to calm down many times while we were talking. As i am writing this my wife and I are at the santorini airport now waiting on the flight and we are just ready to go. We feel violated and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. They have a security issue and as the police officers told us most crimes committed at these hotels are inside jobs. This situation could have ended alot differently. He could have harmed us or we could have had all our items stolen. Dont be a victim stay away from this hotel.

Response from George-AVH, Director of Sales at Dreams Luxury Suites
Responded Dec 5, 2019
Dear guests and TA community, Thank you for the kind words about our property staff and services despite of the bad review that has followed. It is true that the hotel manager had to come to the hotel twice while he was of duty, first because of the problem with water and heater and secondly in order to find out what has happened in the room early in the morning. After a call at 11¨05pm the front desk concerning a room that had no water, the manager came to the hotel and managed to supply the room with cold water again since the heater was broken due to the high voltage balance caused by the heavy rain and the bad weather circumstances. He then informed the guests that a technician was about to deal with the heater in the morning. Early in the morning at 05:35am the manager received another call from the front desk from the night shift and he informed him that the same guests were claiming that somebody tried to enter their room and they asked the front desk to call the police. He asked the night shift to calm them down and inform them that he was on his way to the hotel to check what has happened and assist them. When he arrived he found a taxi waiting outside the hotel and the police officers in the room. He tried to find out what happened and he started make questions such as if the door was locked or not, if it was violated etc. After that the guests claimed that they saw the night shift employee entering their room and he tried to calm them down saying that indeed the night shift cleans the Jacuzzi and the outdoor swimming pools in the morning time therefore it was normal for him to be outside on the room’s terrace. Guests then told him that the employee tried to get inside the room and not outside on the terrace. The police officers also told him that they didn’t know what has happened and that guests couldn’t prove anything of what they were saying. A moment later he asked everyone to calm down, figure out what has happened and find a solution together(all the people that where involved in this situation where there and the police could investigate). He also offered to drive guests to the airport later on after the investigation. Guests complained that wife was pregnant and wanted to go to the airport and since nobody was cooperative he asked the husband to follow him to the reception for the check out. While checking out, the manager asked husband to identify one more time if the night shift employee was the person that invaded in the room. Also he noticed and noted that the night shift employee was not dressed like they described him before. After that with the help of the police officers he assisted with the suitcases and escort guests to the taxi outside the hotel. Furthermorehe told them that they can call the hotel for everything they may need and received an answer that “you should wait for our bad review.” We still can’t understand what happened that morning in the hotel but it would be very helpful if they could assist us not by writing a bad review for the hotel but by informing us about the situation that scared them.Their flight was 7 hours later and there was no rush. Even if somebody tried to enter the room, we were there to help and we will always be. Finally, by writing these words, we would still greatly appreciate and expect the guests’cooperation on this matter, since so far it still remains an issue that we will never be able to solve without their assistance.

My family and I stayed at the Foivos Suite for 3 nights and we loved every minute of it. The villa was very clean and spacious, with an amazing view from the Terrace. The location is excellent as Fira is just a short walk away. The breakfast was fantastic too! But the highlight of our stay was the personalised service we received from Dimitri and his team (Markos, Giannis and the Housekeeping lady). Everyone was wonderful and so sincere. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. Next time you’re in Santorini, stay at Dreams! You won’t regret it.

We (family of 4) stayed in the Foivos suite for 2 nights. Absolutely amazing! From the moment we were picked up until we were dropped at the airport was fantastic. The location is ideal for a short walk to Imerovigli or to Fira. The staff gave us an excellent introduction to the hotel, the island and all potential activities. The suite offers you all you can imagine and even beyond that. The view over the caldera is stunning – a perfect spot for countless pictures. The suite itself is huge a perfectly fits a family of 4 - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a small kitchen. There is a small pool (cold water), a hot tub and two sunbeds to relax. The WiFi signal was very strong. Breakfast has to be ordered the day before yet the choice is large (different bread, fresh juices, different coffees and teas, eggs, jam, honey, fresh fruits, etc.). All was freshly prepared and delicious. The staff was very nice and very attentive. I highly recommend Dreams to everybody whether on honeymoon or family vacation. Simply amazing!
