Villa lukas was an amazing spot to stay at. The view was surprising as we had a sunset view from the pool. Walking distance to Thira and a lot of great restaurants around. Feel free to ask reception they will help you arrange reservations, tours and transportation.

We stayed four nights in the Deluxe Suite and enjoyed our stay immensely. The room was cozy and well appointed. The balcony, a great place to start and end the day, provided a million dollar view out onto the caldera. Staff at the hotel are immensely friendly and attentive; Greg continuously sought our feedback and was only too happy to see to our needs. Breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. If you'd like an affordable stay in a quieter part of Santorini that still has all the amenities, I highly recommend Villa Lukas.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Breathtaking caldera sunset views, great location (quieter than Oia and Fira but with good restaurants and the best views in Greece) and the manager, Greg, went above and beyond to help us, including making sure breakfast was allergy suitable. Can’t recommend highly enough!

My wife and I came to Santorini for our honeymoon and stayed here at Villa Lukas. Unfortunately after only a night into our trip we were involved in an accident that left me hospitalized for 3 nights. Well in the hospital the manager of Villa Lukas, Greg, went out of his way to consistently check in on us and ask if there was anything he could do to help; even the owner of the properties Babis visited the hospital to ask if there was anything he could do to help. When we weren’t going to be able to make our trip to Crete, Greg did his best to extend our stay and offered to aid us in finding another resort when Villa Lukas had no more vacancy. I can hands down say this is the best hospitality we have experienced from any hotel or resort we have stayed at. As for the rooms, we stayed in two different suits because of our extended stay. Both were incredibly spacious, clean, and had amazing views overlooking the caldera and other parts of the island. The quality of stay you receive at Villa Lukas is an absolute steal compared the prices of other resorts on the island. My wife and I will be back to Santorini since we obviously didn’t get to enjoy it the fullest, and when we return we definitely will be staying at Villa Lukas.

Santorini had our heart from the moment we walked into our Villa Lukas executive suite and saw the view that awaited us on our private rooftop balcony: a panoramic view of the blue Aegean's caldera and all the white buildings dotted down and away from our rooftop. The view was spectacular from everywhere--from our private plunge pool, relaxing on lounge chairs, or having breakfast al fresco at our bistro table. The suite was quiet, comfortable and we didn't lack for anything. Both prior to our arrival and during our stay, Greg took care of our every want and whim--taxi rides, dinner reservations, in-suite massage requests, and even an in-room PCR test for our departure flight. We highly recommend Villa Lukas' executive suites for your Santorini get-away.

Santorini was definitely one of the islands that we had booked at the very end of planning our trip because there were just too many amazing options. We chose villa lukas after weeks of research and I couldn’t have been happier with our choice. It was about a 10 minutes walk from where the bus had dropped us off. We couldn’t believe our luck when we were shown our suite and were told that we had been upgraded. It was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast option was a bit off due to the pandemic, but it didn’t matter at all because everything else overcompensated for it. I would recommend this place 100% for its location, the amenities, the view and of course the friendly faces that welcome you when you get there.

We stayed at Villa Lukas for 7 nights in July 2020 having been moved from a neighbouring property owned by the same family. We could not believe our luck when we were shown to our suite with a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the caldera. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sunsets. The outside area got very hot in the afternoon, so it was great to have a parasol and stand (which withstood the winds) on the balcony, as well as two comfy chairs. The balcony was not very private, though, as it was overlooked from the caldera path above. The suite itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a kettle and TV, as well as a large bathroom. The seating area was spacious and we could look out of the bedroom. The only negative was the breakfast during the period we stayed as the property got used to the precautions necessary during the pandemic. This was delivered daily by a local grocery store and included coffee and a range of pre-wrapped food (croissants, pot of yoghurt with granola, biscuits). It was quite repetitive and the amount of packaging was shocking. One day, it was not delivered until we chased it up. Given that other properties were serving fresh breakfast, this was a little disappointing. The service from staff was great, and we were glad to meet Greg who was welcoming and helpful, going out of his way to allow us a late check out before our flight. We loved our stay at Villa Lukas and would recommend it, especially for its views.
