My wife and I visited vinsanto on our honeymoon and have mixed feelings about our stay. I originally booked because it seemed to have balconies that were either completely private or shared with one other room. When we arrived we were treated great and even had our room upgraded which wasn't necessary but accepted anyways. The room was well taken... More

We arrive at about 10 AM so our room wasn't ready yet. The welcoming was great and the wonderful Alexandra treated us with coffe and cake, water and even a bottle of wine was awaiting us in the room, as this was our honeymoon. The great service and attitude continued throughout the entire period, with all the staff, including Petros,... More

We arrived early on the day of our check-in. Our room wasn't ready so we were offered complementary drinks in the reception area. Excellent! We had a suit booked and stayed here for a week. The suit was fine but I had expected it to be of a higher standard. It felt more like an apartment. I liked that it... More

Let me start the review off on a positive note. The location of Vinsanto Villas is wonderful. The views are second to none and it's very relaxing to be able to watch the sunset on your balcony every evening. Imerovigli is a lot quieter than Fira or Oia but ideally located between the two and there are lovely restaurants very... More

I had high expectations for our stay here based on the hotels website and reviews on here, we booked a traditional suite which looked amazing on the website. However I was very disappointed with our choice firstly it was quite far away from reception and pool area, we had to share our outside area with the studio room next door... More

Big thank you to all the staff at Vinsanto Villas for helping to make our holiday so enjoyable. Especial thanks to David and Arbi for all their hard work. There are lots of steps between the different parts of the hotel that David and Arbi go up and down many many times a day - either carrying breakfasts or luggage.... More

Firstly let me say that the team of staff here are first class- David, Sandra and the others work tirelessly to ensure every need we had was met time and time again. The actual room was spacious and had plenty of modern touches for our family of four. The daily breakfast served on the patio outside the room never lost... More

We had a spotless little room with a perfect view, it is difficult to say anything more. Reading previous reviews makes me wonder if we stayed in a different location. Criticisms? Well yes we did have a bulb go in the bathroom which was not replaced but as there were three others it hardly mattered. Freshly made breakfast served on... More

back from ten days here, really enjoyed the stay overall. Wonderful staff, worked very hard to make us happy. Yes, they were overbooked still in September, but they sent us down the hill to a Honeymoon Suite, which was pretty posh. Still had to share the jacuzzi/pool (which is not heated, kind of a drag) but one makes do! After... More

Very beautiful view to the caldera and the volcanic island. Super friendly staff. Everything was superb. Allthough the wifi was bad like in every hotel. But this is not such a big problem. It was a very pleasant stay we enjoyed our nice vacation.
