Even though I had paid for this hotel, I didn't actually get a chance to stay at it overnight, because an issue happened with our ferry to another island to catch a return flight, that pushed our ferry up several hours. But, with that said, we got to see the property, and it was gorgeous! The pictures don't do it justice. Staff met us at the drop-off point from our transportation to carry our luggage and show us the way. The town of Imerovigli is just as cool and beautiful as popular Oia and Fira, but without feeling completely overrun by tourists. Makis and Georgia were SO accommodating in helping my husband and I arrange transportation to the ferry port, especially where there was a last minute change that created a hassle and rush. They were so helpful to make sure we didn't miss the ferry and went above and beyond! The room was beautiful and very clean. Everything was wrapped in plastic wrap to indicate it has been cleaned and COVID precautions were followed. I definitely will stay in this property when I return to Santorini.

We spent 4 days in this outstanding accommodation. It was beyond 5 star in every aspect. We chose to spend the extra money on the large suite with a private plunge pool and deck. It was well worth the money. Tremendous value for the service, views and privacy. Could not recommend it enough.

We stayed there for 5 nights and we had amazing time. The owner, Giorgia and her son, Makis was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a room with mesmerizing view for the sunset and right in front of Skaros Rock. The room is well decorated very beautiful and clean inside. We definitely wanna come back to this place whenever we are in Santorini. Perfect for honeymoon couple!

Simply amazing location and views across the Caldera and the sunset each night. We were in room 9 with a hot tub - great for relaxing in after a days sightseeing and watching the world go by. Rooms are clean and spacious, bed was comfy. Georgia and the team were super helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Annio ruined our vacation. I stayed at Annio for 10 nights with my husband. The last day of our trip we were at the Santorini airport waiting for our flight, when we were accosted by Sandy the front desk girl from Annio. She had told airport security that we had not paid our hotel bill and owed money. We asked why she couldn't just charge the credit card that we booked the room with. But she made a huge scene and insisted. We did not want to miss our flight, so we signed the three receipts. But even after signing the receipts, she still would not leave. This was the worst experience we have ever had on a vacation. Do not stay at this hotel. On top of this, you have to push a switch and wait for hot water to take a shower, the towels are extremely dirty, and the toilets flush only half the time.

Our cute studio was located in the middle if the caldera, several steps down from the main street. Our front patio allowed us the most spectacular view! Our apartment was on a popular walkway the went several miles. Each day we encountered photographers and brides posing nearby. Some of the best Restaurants in the area were mere steps away. Hotels around us were 6X the price! Our host Georgia was indispensable. She made restaurant and Airline arrangements for us, gave us recommendations and directions, and on the last day let us store our luggage past check out. We honestly didn’t want to leave, and thought about coming back next year for an entire month. It was a tremendous value.

We loveddd the apartment. Stayed here for 4 nights. Once we were walking down the stairs towards the apartments we were already in awe of the breathtaking view! The owner was there to help us with our bags and check-in & communication beforehand was as smooth as it gets.

Apartment was;
Spacious
Clean
Kitchen had more than enough utensils, very handy for cooking
Comfortable bed
Good shower
oh and of course,
VIEW VIEW VIEW!!

Service was exceptional. When we checked in we were told that we can pay whenever we wanted to, which kinda shows that they arent pushy at all (unlike some other places I've been to). There was one day where we needed help with the shower and she was there to help us on the spot. She also helped us arrange a taxi to/from the airport. Well she helped us with A LOT of things so you guys get the idea.

If we're ever going to Santorini again we'd definitely go back here. Such reasonable price for the superb view and your own balcony. Not that we've ever stayed at Oia, but besides being expensive, Oia gets a bit too crowded when we did make a visit there (meaning unless you pay a ridiculous premium, your view of the sunset would most likely include views of tourist watching the sunset as well). Also not as accessible as Imerovigli is (from the road/transport to the hotel/apartment itself)

So ANNIO FLATS IT IS!

This is a family built and managed complex of traditional apartments which are partially caved in the hill, as the traditional way of building in the slopes of Santorini. Sandy, the granddaughter, who has a degree in volcanic mountains, is a 5 star person and host. She was unbelievabely helpful, warm and we loved our communications with her. The place is amazing – feels like home and a luxury hotel at the same time. Best price – location – service – cleanliness and overall experience we ever had!
But please keep it a secret :-)

A quiet place, no bells and whistles, just clean and friendly and definitely not a huge mega operation. Each apartment well equipped with everything you need to do small meals if you get tired of the expensive repetitive restaurant offerings. A mini market nearby provides everything you need. Amazing views, no noisy bars thumping music all night long...take a book, sit on your private terrace, stare at the sea and relax. We'll for sure visit again.

We stayed here the middle of June 2017. The location is perfect! A 30 minute walk from Fira. There are many great places to eat all around the hotel. Theres a grocery store about a block away where you can get pretty much anything you need including water, beer and wine. The bus stop is also like only 2 blocks away. Hotel has incredible sunset views from any room. We had super fast wifi and great air conditioning for those hot Santorini summers. Georgia and mikys were fantastic hosts! They were always happy to give us great advice on where to go and where to eat. They do not provide any food but they gave us several menus of great local places so we could easily order in and enjoy an amazing sunset dinner from the balcony. We are definitely staying here again next time we are in Santorini.

Was there a hair dryer available for use either in the room or at the lobby?

We went to a little bar/cafe just up the stairs from the apartments. I wouldn't recommend it as the food was average and expensive. There is a cute little cafe on the street just above which is, I assume, where you will be dropped off by the taxi. We didn't get to try it but it looked lovely! Do some more research prior as we didn't think of that so were left venturing around and just ended up eating at the closest place.
