The hotel was wonderful, spotlessly cleaned every day, staff in all areas of the hotel couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Personalised breakfast which we took on the terrace was AMAZING!! I highly recommend this hotel. Perfect position to walk to both Fira and Oia, without being in the towns themselves, but still with lovely restaurants/ tavernas near by. View absolutely beautiful.

Our stay at the Kasimitas La Perla hotel in Imerovigli was nothing short of breathtaking. My wife and I were greatly looking forward to this part of our month long adventure. The hotel was beautiful and well located. We were happy that we stayed in Imerovigli as it is quite quieter than Fira and Oia. We were greeted by Salome at the hotel who I corresponded with before arrival. She was wonderful and took care of anything that we needed. Our room looked out over the caldera with spectacular views. Complete with a mini jacuzzi tub and deck chairs on our private patio. A delicious breakfast was served each morning on our deck at our table overlooking all. What a beautiful way to start the day. We also had a pool lunch on our first day and a dinner at their restaurant at the top of the hotel another evening. Both were excellent!! The room and amenities we well appointed. We were both so sad to leave as it was a very special three nights at the Kasimitas.…

Absolutely amazing stay. We had booked the hotel in 2020 but due to Covid had to delay our trip until October 2023, every time we changed the booking the hotel accommodated us. When we finally arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite which blew us away. The room was amazing and the staff could not have done more to make our stay perfect in every way. Then the view, it is unbelievable from all parts of the property and from the hot tub in our room. Myself and partner both agree it was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Thank you Kasimatas and all staff.

The view is breathing! And you can see the caldera from any of those wonderful rooms. We had the chance to have a SPA which was a good move since the hotel pool is not that big. Every day, the breakfast is served right to your room which truly makes you feel special everyday. Imerovigli is a quiet place but a good choice too if you’re looking for a “typical” Santorini village not far from Fira, the main town.

I am sorry to say that I can not share your point of view of your customer service quality. Today I asked for a breakfast card to chose my breakfast but I was told that I can not as it was past 8pm.when I told the gentlemen at the reception that I was not given a card so it is not my fault, he was insistent that I be given the breakfast that I ordered the day before. Moreover he said that I would get it at the same time as the day before even though I told him that I need it early because I have a plane to catch. Very very disappointing. And all because I was not given the breakfast choice card as I was supposed to.

Dear 359sherifs thank you for taking the time to post your review regarding your stay with us. As for your review we are sorry to read all these comments especially for something that next morning was solved eventhough it wasn't a mistake from our hotel. As we inform our guests, the breakfast list should be filled up to 8pm in order for the chef to have the time to make all the neccesary orders and preparations and all our guests should come to the reception to fill the new card. You came at 1am requesting a breafkast change and a different hour of serving and we had to inform you that this was not easy since the kitchen at this time was closed. Next day though, we arranged for your breakfast to be served from 8am to 8.30am - the time you requested- eventhough your flight was at 12 o'clock and the pick up service was at 10am hense you had plenty of time with the previous arranged time to enjoy your breakfast as well. All in all thank you for choosing our hotel and we wish you happy travellings.

Our stay at Kasimatis was outstanding. We were welcomed by their superstar employee Salome who from the get go provides us with excellent customer service and answered all of our questions. Vasily was helpful transferring all of our suitcases to and from our room. The views were spectacular specifically at Sunset (not to be missed). Having breakfast from the terrace was amazing and food was very good. There were plenty of choices on the menu. I would highly recommend this hotel to those seeking a relaxing stay in Imerovigli.

You don’t want to spoil your vacation by being in this hotel. The staff is extremely unhelpful. The water supply went off for one evening. And we were forced to check out early when we had requested and confirmed a late checkout with hotel’s employee. The hotel is very small, which isn’t visible in the photos. But it is. There is literally nothing to do here and the food options are close to nothing for vegetarians specifically in this hotel. Staff is rude. Just don’t come here, you will spoil your whole trip!

The views and sunsets were breathtaking! The pool and bar area were perfect. The bartender Altin was one of the best ever. I teased him before I ordered that google rated him the best, boy was that right! The rooms were a reflection of Santorini life. Breakfast at the room table overlooking the sea was to die for! Location was perfect for sunset, and exploring. Lots of steps, thanks to the bellhops for carrying the bags down and back up! We all agreed it was our favorite hotel during our 2 week trip. Would definitely go back.

Original review replaced with this one. Our first night was a bad experience. The room was not the standard promoted online. We booked a "honeymoon suite" and called ahead to confirm it was not the "round bed" room as i'm too tall to fit well on it. When we arrive we found that this was the room assigned to us. We were told no other rooms were available so we would have to wait until morning and see if we could change to another room then. Additionally we found a tiny 10" television with only local channels was available, some biting insect was inside, and the shower was not functioning correctly. After a few frustrating talks with the staff, we were close to finding new place to stay and fight for a refund from Agoda(a seperate frustration). The good happened the next morning in the form of Dimi, the manager. She listened and understood our frustrating experience. She offered fair options, one of which was to move to another "honeymoon suite". The new room was a significant upgrade in our opinion. Larger TV with netflix available, working shower, bathroom was better designed for a couple, larger closet space for clothes, better orientation of bed to view the caldera and water. She also sent a complimentary bottle of local wine and a fruit platter. Big thanks to Dimi for taking the time to listen to us and finding a good resolution to our stay. Views are incredible, breakfast is a great treat! Have a wonderful stay here! Final remarks, please be aware of the many stairs that must be used to walk around the property (yes we know this is Santorini). When using the bathroom, we were informed that toilet paper goes into the trash can as the sewer system does not handle the paper. This appeared to be across most of Santorini, or the places we visited, just please be aware.…
