I've booked the hotel before the Covid-19 crises. I wont't be able to travel anymore and I'd like a refund, however they said the reservation was not refundable. I think in this situation they should be more flexible.

Hotel's Favorite
Room was great very charming with a private balcony that had wonderful views of the caldera and the sunset. The staff was very polite, attentive, and always informative luggage was carried to the villa which is a big help with the steps. You cannot go wrong with this hotel. Breakfast included was very good and restaurants nearby with very good food.

This is how a boutique hotel should be run. From the minute we arrived until when we left, the vibe was super relaxed but always with attentive hosts. The rooms are built into the cliffs and have real charm and character. Anyone who reviews them as small or lacking storage needs to go and check into a Hilton in Athens! The views and the terraces have spectacular views of the entire caldera. This is probably the most picturesque spot to be in fact, since you are basically in the middle of the caldera, right in front of Skavros rock. From here you have several excellent restaurants in Imerovigli (Wine Bar, Aegean to name a couple). Fira is a short walk (15 mins) for more shopping and great restaurants. Oia is a decent trek (90 mins by foot) but the views make it worth it. Breakfast is served to your room, whenever you want. It is a perfect, simple and fresh plate of fruits and juice , yoghurts , bread, eggs and coffee. The hosts are fantastic and have all the recommendations to help you enjoy the island. I fully recommend this hotel, it does everything you could ask for on the island without blowing a huge budget just so you can have an infinity pool photo from Oia.

We recently spent 3 nights here with another couple. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful - whether it was recommending nearby restaurants or carrying our suitcases down the 130 steps to our room. That was the only downside for us - as 2 pregnant ladies in the party of 4, the steps were too much - it would be the same struggle for anyone elderly, young children or people with general mobility issues. The views however were stunning and people travelled to come and watch the sunsets. I would recommend this hotel other than that and would come back when not pregnant! Breakfast was good quality and served on a tray to your balcony (not sure if this is just due to COVID-19 or something that always happens). Pool bar closed at the moment though for the same reason.

Our flights from Canada to Greece were cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and this hotel refused to give us a refund!! I've explained to the manager multiple times and shown proof of our cancelled flights, literally preventing us from arriving in Greece to enjoy our hotel and still NO refund. Normally this would not be a huge deal but given the uncertainty of international travel in the upcoming months, $1500 can for 4 nights stay is a huge loss for us!! It's bad enough our honeymoon had to be cancelled and now we are out money due to this hotel's GREED!
