My wife and I spent four nights at the Santorini Princess in September. I cannot rave enough about how well we were cared for. Huge shoutout to Naya, the restaurant staff and the front desk. The entire staff not only anticipated what we wanted but were quick to ensure all of our needs were met, from facilitating a rental car delivery to accommodating an after-hours restaurant pickup. The location is nothing less than magnificent and perfectly situated for exploring the island on foot or by car. In all our travels it may have been the best hotel decision we have made.

Our 6th visit to Santorini so I speak from experience when I say this place is magnificent. We popped in for a water on a coastal path walk, both looking an absolute mess, and were treated beautifully. Hence returning 2 nights later for a dinner. The hotel manager, Maitre D, and the staff were superb. Knowledgeable , efficient and super friendly. We had all Santorinian wines. A red, white and a rose. All were wonderful. Food was fantastic and the view to die for. If you’re coming to Santorini you really should stay here and you, 100 percent, should dine here. Yamas

Stunning location with exceptional views of the Caldera. An added bonus is that you can join the Fira to Oia cliff walk from directly outside the hotel. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to assist. We had a late flight and even though we had checked out they couldn’t have been more accommodative re poolside service, shower facilities etc. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and the restaurant is outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel!

I was wondering how it could be to travel to a talked-about and well known island. Finally, the fullness of time came, and we decided to book a reservation to this absolute astonishing hotel. Even though I wasn't able to understand the beauty of this hotel via internet, I guarantee to you, finding myself there was a true blessing. The greek cuisine we tasted in the highest open restaurant of the hotel was unique with the sight of the caldera and the volcano everyone is talking about( I even stole some recipes I couldn't resist haha), the view from every corner of the hotel was something special, the provisions, jacuzzi, the spa- center, the silence and 'peace' in the heated pool with its relaxing music, the little church was a sight for sore eyes, so quaint, our room had island design characteristics combined with modern architecture and the most important, the complete cleanliness. Everything was shining. That's the cornerstone of a true hotel and last but not least, the staff. They were all polite and worthy to work in such a valuable surrounding, already miss you guys!! Looking forward to coming again... It's very rare nowadays to find a place to stay with the perfection as a whole, and which tries to keep their costumers contented from the first minute till the end . I suggest this one of a kind place desperately, I'm keen on it really! True blessing, wonderful holidays THANK YOU ALL!

From the moment you arrive at the hotel the staff welcomes you and takes care of every need. Whether you want a guided tour of Santorini or a sunset cruise they will arrange it for you. The food is superb and enhanced by the spectacular view of the caldera. I have never felt so pampered and cared for as I did at the Santorini Princess.

There is really nothing I can say that has not already been said, my 3 daughters and I just had the most wonderful week here. The facility and views are breathtaking along with a level of service never before experienced. Everyone from the General Manager, Naya and Guest Relations, the Dining Room Staff and House Keeping went above and beyond to making our stay so special. This wonderful boutique hotel is also situated on the coastal path between Fira and Oia which was perfect for me and my family as we love to hike and everyday we would experience a new and beautiful destination. Thank you to everyone who made our vacation perfect, we will never forget it.

Once you stay at Santorini Princess, all other luxury hotels will feel common. We’ve travelled the world and SP has to be in the top 3 hotels we’ve been in. Yes, it is pricy in season - but what you get is incredible and so worth it. The view from the hotel is spectacular- it is right on the lip of the caldera. While the first night we went to a restaurant in Fira for a sunset dinner, we spent all other nights enjoying the sunset from our own room’s patio because the view could not be beat. Incredibly romantic and serene to see it alone with a bottle of wine on our patio rather than surrounded by lots of people. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, and housekeeping kept the room immaculate. Most importantly, we have never had better service in a hotel. They strive to meet your every need and want with a smile and a fast response. Everyone - front desk, porters, drivers and restaurant staff - cared for us. The hotel manager checked in with us several times and had complimentary wine brought to us one evening when he saw us out on our patio enjoying the fading sunset. Another example of going above and beyond is that my girlfriend is allergic to dairy and was disappointed that all the baklava we had come across in our two prior stops in Greece had butter. The SP staff called around and found a local bakery that would make a small pan of baklava without butter for us, and had it delivered to our room with plates and utensils for us to enjoy it. We had excellent meals at the hotel - the service, especially from our server Friday (her name is the Greek word for that day of the week so she asked us to call her that) was so warm and accommodating and the food was always on point on taste and presentation. I am sure that we’ll stay at other amazing hotels in our travels, but we will *never* forget our stay at SP. We can only hope to be back soon!

Where to begin? It’s Santorini. What an amazing place. When I was doing the research for the hotels in Santorini, I looked at the map of the various villages and figured it would be great to kind of be in a village in between the 2 larger villages of Oia & Fira. We picked the village of Imerovigli as our last stop on our 19-day trip to Greece. A phenomenal hotel located right in the caldera with incredible views of the Aegean Sea. We had a deluxe room with sea views from our incredibly large balcony. We woke up to the sea views every single morning and watched the sunset from our beautiful balcony every single night. It was spectacular. How could that be bad? The room was bright, airy, and spacious. Every day we watched the sunset from our beautiful balcony or the beautiful pool. A couple of times we slept with the doors open in the big & and comfortable bed. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and were given all the necessary hotel information (breakfast, dining, spa facilities, etc.). The hotel is stunning. Every bit of it. We spent the last week of our vacation here just relaxing after touring Athens and Chania, Crete for almost 2 weeks. We could not have been happier to have ended our vacation with a week here at the Santorini Princess. It was mid-September, and the weather was perfect. A terrific breakfast was included at the restaurant which was delicious and had so many options. Even before we arrived at the hotel, for the last couple of months since I booked in February and did not arrive until September, the staff was amazing and responded to so many emails, etc., about birthday cakes, pick-ups, catamaran rides, dinner reservations, etc. and it did not change after we arrived, they were just so amazing. Every single one of them! They always had smiles on their faces and were eager to help with everything and did and everything pre-planned worked out without a hitch! When we left the property to go to the other villages, we used their great car service to bring us to and from so we could tour that day. We always left for the villages right after a late breakfast and came back mid-afternoon. When we came back, we utilized the pool and enjoyed some kind of refreshing drink. Everyone at the hotel knew our names and were just so terrific. They could not have done more for you. They recommended wonderful restaurants for dinner, and we also ate at their hotel restaurant twice for dinner. We had originally planned the eat at their restaurant the last day because we knew we were doing a day just hanging by the pool and figured that would be great but a few days before that we went on a catamaran ride that they recommended and was spectacular (what a great afternoon that was), so after that and getting back around 4:00 p.m., we hung at the pool, got ready for the evening and decided just did not feel like going out so we ordered dinner from the restaurant and ate on our balcony and watching the sunset eating absolutely delicious food. Afterward, we were so happy that we knew we had another upcoming reservation for our last evening because the food was so good. We used the spa and got massages, etc. What a terrific time we had. We are already looking forward to when we can go back. Praying soon! Santorini Princess Team, THANK YOU SO MUCH, for making our stay at your incredible hotel amazing. We look forward to coming back very soon! Wishing you all the best, Donna & George (NYC)

My wife and I stayed at the Santorini Princess for 5 nights. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were nice, the pool area was great and we loved the restaurant and food. The restaurant has better food and a better view than any other restaurant including the Athenian House (which gets a lot of publicity but was overpriced, only okay food and a view blocked by dirty glass. For an unbelievable meal go to Metaxi Mas). The staff was the best. They did everything possible to make our stay great. We had to leave the hotel at 6:15am and they arranged to have a free breakfast brought to our room at 6:00. Every person that worked there was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is great. An amazing view of the caldera! The hotel is right on the walking path from Fira to Oia and had very easy access to other towns. It is in a quiet area which is nice for a relaxing vacation. If you want exciting nightlife, this place isn’t for you, but we thought it was a much better location than the hotels in Fira, Oia or the town of Imerovigli. We rented a car and it had great free parking. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel!
