Now - the hotel is really pretty - close to everything, like FIRA is walking distance - the staff is so nice and polite specially the people at the reception (I forgot the name of the lady starts with an I and the wonderful sweet gentleman in the evening shift) - the breakfast is amazing (a la- carte) - the balcony view is breathtaking - the pool is so small but then again you don't go to Santorini to train for a championship you go there to relax and the view from the pool mama mia...
Over all when I go back to Santorini i will stay here again...

The Nefeli Homes ended up a really wonderful place, especially for the fair price. There are many hotel options and we researched a lot of them, but are very happy we picked Nefeli.
The car we arranged was there front and center which was appreciated after 30 hours of travel. The van was very clean and very large mercedes sprinter with more than enough room for ten people, yet alone two. Check-in was a breeze, nice host and a friendly group who arranged cars and anything else we needed without a problem.
The location is excellent, close to everything and in a very comfortable and relaxed environment. Jimmy's market right up the road has everything you need. The walk to Fira is maybe 20 minutes, you can head left or right on the main road and explore most nearly everything.
We stayed in the grand view maisonette room 5 and the view was unbelievable. It was well worth the cost and the dinners on the balcony are unforgettable. The room was large, two stories and was really more of an apartment with kitchenware, fridge, coffee makers etc. I really enjoyed it. The stairs are difficult so if you have kids or are not super mobile you may want to book a one floor room.
A good choice especially given that it was more affordable than options that are less than 5 feet away. Highly recommend,.

We stayed 3 days last week and had an amazing stay here. We had a cave room with a hot tub and an outside table with Caldera views. We really liked the location in Imerovigli. The room itself had a quirky layout (bathroom location) but was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast, which was served in our room one day or can be eaten outside with the magnificent view. Aside from the views, the highlight was the staff! Maggie, Victor, and Olivia made our stay enjoyable and we’re amazing! Thank you and can’t wait to return.

They stole $5000 from us when covid lockdowns were occurring. We gave them $5000 for a suite and the airlines/ Greece ended up locking down days before our trip. first the airlines so even if Greece didn't we couldn't have made it. Expedia and ourselves tried to get them to refund and they refused. so overall we literally handed them $5000 for nothing.

Staying at Nefeli Homes was one of the best places we’ve ever vacationed. The warm hospitality provided by Meggie, Joanna, Meggie’a mom (who made our breakfast every morning), and Victor was extraordinary. After booking our stay, Meggie’s provided great help from the start with transportation, answering questions, offering to help book activities.. that was amazing. To top it off, when we arrived all of her suggestions were perfect from what beach to visit with our small babies, to what hikes might be/not be appropriate, and good restaurants to go to! Meggie made our stay the best and to add to it, she let us leave our luggage there when we arrived earlier than check-in and she watched one of our babies when I had to step away briefly. Victor was so quick and courteous with helping us with luggage. Meggie’s mom was so kind and warm, friendly to our babies. It made a huge difference! Also thank you to Joanna who welcomed us on our arrival and checked how we were doing a few days later.
We liked staying in Imerovigli which was less crazy packed with tourists than Oia & Fira. Our stay at Nefeli Homes was one of the main highlights of our trip to Greece thanks to the great hospitality by the people mentioned above. Thank you, Meggie, Victor, Meggie’s mom, and Joanna! We loved our stay there.

When we first wanted to go Santorini we had to pick somewhere with a view and Nefeli Homes had just the rooms! Overlooking the Caldera this has to be one of the best views on the island in the lovely Imerovigli, also Our favorite location close to Fira. We started in room 5 a modern cave maisonette with stunning bedroom views and a balcony with hot tub. Staff were awesome and could not do enough with great recommendations where to go and what to do and where to eat, we also rented a car via reception. Only slight downside is pool needs a bit of a refresh and has limited space next to it with sunbeds on a different level but who goes Santorini for a pool holiday?? Going back next year!

Four of us stayed in a family room for 3 nights, which was truly amazing. The apartment was tastefully furnished, with an upstairs balcony with the most beautiful views of the caldera and incoming cruise ships. We had breakfast delivered to us each morning, eggs, bread/toast, cake, juice, Greek yoghurt and honey, fruit, ham/salami - it was so good. Swimming pool was perfect, also with those views!! The location was tops also - an easy down hill walk into Fira or only about 200m from the bus stop. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We highly recommend Nefeli Homes

I was in a room with poor ventilation, sometimes I had to open the door and window, which caused me little privacy. There is a balcony next to the pool which is reserved for one of the rooms but you will only know it after you are in it and someone from the staff warns you as there is no identification on it. Breakfast comes with Greek yogurt, the only typical item, and an egg with soft yolk that may not suit everyone.

Honeymooned here for a week in June. We had the best view of the whole caldera. Preferred the area to Oia.... loved the walk from here to Fira and the great restaurants along the way. The room was on 2 floors and decorated like a Santorini cave. They cleaned every day and brought breakfast to the room.. it was always slightly varied which I thought was a nice touch. The staff were excellent and recommended some great trips for us... all well priced (they are clearly not trying to recommend anything for their own benefit, just genuinely want you to have a great time)

Nefeli Homes is about 3-5 walking from the main road. You have to know caldera area has a lot of steps, but this hotel is quite high and you don't have a lot of steps to walk down.
There are more places to choose from in the Imerovigli area.
