Great place to stay! The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. We had a very pleasant experience with everyone - from Maria the Concierge who provided excellent recommendations and insights to Flamur, the restaurant/bar personnel, and housekeeping staff. Aqua is also situated in an area of the island that provides a bit more privacy than other locations and is a prime location if you’re an avid walker (lots of steps and scenic views).

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights in early November. As it was low season, the bar area (with the dipping pool) was not in service and all meals could only be served in the suite (Covid).
We had 2 adjoining suites, 601 and 602. They shared a large terrace / patio with lots of space for the sun loungers and breakfast table/ chairs as well as the private dipping pool, with incredible views of the caldera and volcano, and of course the Santorini sunset! 601 is probably the best suite in the entire hotel (it is a few minutes walk from the main hotel).
The staff were incredible, really helpful for anything that we needed and always genuinely friendly.
Breakfast had to be ordered one day prior and we had it served on our patio each morning, just fab. As the country was in partial lockdown for 2 of our 3 nights, we did order room service for those two nights. We would have preferred to go out. I found the dinner food just ok.
Regarding location, I think it is perfect. It is a nice downhill stroll via the caldera to Fira, and for Oia, you can take the bus from just outside the hotel main entrance, or of course a taxi.
On the rooms, the only recommendation for the hotel would be to place some new USB charging ports and maybe some additional power outlets, that are conveniently located.
Overall, a great stay.

We booked Aqua Luxury Suites last November and it was touch and go wether we would beable to make it but all I can say is Wow! Starting from the journey from the airport we felt part of the Aqua Luxury Suites Family and fell in love with each and everyone of you day after day.... Everyone works so hard and are a credit to Aqua Luxury suites. Manos the Front Office Manager is so friendly, professional and helped us with a trip to the Volcano. Dorothy who made sure we had everything we needed and made sure our suite was spotless is a absolute diamond. Kostas who brings the breakfast,cases and room service meals always has a smile and works so hard. The suite we stayed in was such luxury and had a unspoilt view of the caldera, the breakfast which is bought to your suite sets you up for the day. I can't fault anything about Aqua Luxury Suites. All I'm saying is see you next year and feel so grateful to have stayed here.

Hello, I stayed here with my girlfriend July 2-5, 2021. I booked the place through agoda. I booked a deluxe room for 256E a night (total of 768E). Since I am not allowed to write more than 1500 words, I'll just say that we stayed in three different suites every night. And we were charged 280E extra, and one night was gratis upgrade. To summarize: 1) Natalie at the reception, Manos, the reception manager, and Kostia that helped up with the luggage were very helpful and did their best to remedy the situation. 2) The place has no breakfast room, you eat at the suite. 3) The only place to meet people there is at the small bar. No dinning room at the place. 4) The place has no pool and the heat is unbearable, so do not dare taking a room without a jacuzzi, preferably a large jacuzzi. 4) If you take a suite at the lower level be prepared to go up and down steep stairs. 5) Everything, which is not explicitly allowed as a choice, has extra charge, including choosing cappuccino for breakfast, and including asking anything from room service (3 Euros for getting wine glasses which should have been in the room). 6) As I said the heat is rather terrible until about 5 pm. The air-condition in the room doesn't really do the job (only partially). 7) Parking is in the street and could be a challenge, believe me. 7) On the plus side is the beautiful postcard view that you see. Otherwise Imerovigli is a tiny place with nothing to do there. Fira is near by car (as anything else in the island).

The whole experience of visiting santorini was made perfect by this hotel. Right from the get go Manos and his team went out of their way to make sure me and my wife were greeted with rose petals, Coca Cola and chocolates when we arrived at our suite. Kosta was another member of staff who literally did everything for you! Need your bags taken to your room? Kosta. Need your room service delivered and taken away from you after? Kosta. Need your car washed and your kids looked after? He didn’t do that but you get the drift this man was just so helpful!! And then there was Dorothy the maid. She came to our suite everyday to make sure we was okay for items in our suite and if it needed cleaning bless her. You must try out the bar and restaurant too! I didn’t get the bartenders name unfortunately but he was a cheery pleasant chap too! We stayed in the Jerry Junior Suite with our own private plunge pool and it was just everything you could ask for. The views from the pool and our little balcony were to die for and the room in general was just amazing! I can’t fault anything about the experience Aqua Luxury Suites gave me and my wife and would definitely recommend staying there if you can. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to come back next year!

Both my husband and I wanted to escape the London weather and stay in a country exempt from quarantine during COVID. I did so much research about Santorini and chose Aqua Luxury Suites as our place to stay for a whole 10days. I don’t know where to start... Right from our arrival pickup at the airport to being checked in by the lovely Manos at reception, we were treated like royalty. We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival and offered the most delicious white wine to share on our amazing balcony. I can’t describe our view but it was by far the most amazing thing I have ever seen. The room was clean, modern and boutique. The service was of extremely high quality, the room services prices were acceptable and the care given whenever we had a question was 10/10. We also loved to sit down at the cocktail bar and have a few drinks during the sunset where we met the bartender Alkiss each time - he made the BEST cocktails. Our breakfast was served fresh each morning in request and I looked forward to it every day! I wish we could of stayed longer but hopefully we can come back!
It is labeled ‘luxury’ and that’s exactly what we got. I can not recommend here enough. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Aqua Luxury Suites - I’m so saddened to have had to leave.

I am Very pleased to leave this review, we stayed at Aqua luxury for 5 days last week of August and it was just gorgeous in an Executive room having one of the best views of caldera and the sea, we had privacy and the service they provide is absolutely great. From Manos the Front office manager he made sure to make our stay easier helping us with renting an Atv to explore the island, helping us with reservations at the restaurants in Oia and Thira. It was simply amazing, the boys helping us with carrying the luggage and breakfast was just delicious. They really go that extra mile to please the guest. Really nice time, definitely will come back.

Our stay at Aqua Luxury Suites was overall absolutely amazing! The staff was so nice and professional with amazing service and willing to do anything we needed and more. The hotel’s view was breathtaking, the rooms and common areas were always spotless clean. The breakfast was great and brought straight to our balcony. This was a last minute booking when we couldn't get to our next destination due to weather and how lucky we were. From the luxury 2 bedroom suite with balcony overlooking the Caldera, to the attentiveness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and Manos and his team even sought us out to see if, just maybe, we'd like more fresh fruit with our breakfast. They even offered us a free upgrade when a hot tub room became available even though we only had one more night. And when we moved onto our pre-booked hotel after 4 nights Manos personally walked with us to carry our luggage. As we departed Manos said we must return as we were 'Aqua family now' and I must admit we certainly felt like family the way we had been treated. Superb.

This has been the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. I started emailing the hotel months before to arrange a surprise for my partners birthday and they done the most wonderful job! Not only did they give us a complimentary bottle of sparking wine upon check in they also upgraded our room with a view of the caldera sea. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I would definitely come back here again.

Hi. You don’t need to be worried about anything. I didn’t saw any reptiles, snakes...Sometimes you see cats, but not on the property and are very chill, nothing to be worried..
