Astoria is a 2-star hotel with a 3-star feeling and if you book the rooftop studio you'll get a 5-star experience due to the amazing terrace. It's huge, well decorated and offers a lot of privacy. The room is nice, with a little kitchenette and a very comfortable bed, never slept so well. Breakfast is ok,well provided and they serve good coffee. When... More

The staff and the owner are the best . Very friendly and helpful. No elevator, scary and annoying after a while if you have young kids or you are over a certain age. The breakfast was decent, most of the things handmade and very fresh. Big variety. The apartment was clean and recently renovated (except the bathroom I think) The... More

A great little hotel situated 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to the center of town. Our room was of a good size, very clean and sheets and towels change regularly throughout our seven day stay. The staff were also great and couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasant one. Our flight was in the evening... More

Very clean and quiet hotel. The stuff is very friendly. It's a family business. Breakfast was perfect. The beds where comfortable. There are parking places but not enough if there are many guests. Be aware that there is no elevator. Other than that, it's more than ok.

The owner(?)Martin is a really strange guy, creepy even. Once when we were loading the car he simply sat on the wall in silence and stared at us continuously, very odd. We had trouble getting the key in the door lock because the light was not on at our end of the corridor. When we asked for it to be put on... More

The Astoria Hotel is at the top of a steep hill in Agia Galini. My bedroom was spacious for a single traveller with clean, comfortable twin beds. Always had two sets of towels which was just great and which were changed daily. The room had a fridge and a safe and had air conditioning. Plenty of hot water however the... More

Martin always takes great care of us when we we come to Agia Galini. The Adonis is clean and comfortable with a beautiful high-up view over the "holy harbor" of Galini. AC, internet and breakfast are all fantastic. Can't wait to be back.

It's relatively cheap in this area. There's no one there as we arrived. We waited the reception for more than 20 mins. He showed up without apologies. The door of room is kind of stuck and you need to push and make a lot of sound to enter it. You can hear the noise from corridor or next door. The... More

I chose this hotel because I found several reviews mentioning the lovely comfortable bed in the top floor studio. Being Norwegian, I am used to soft beds and I get no sleep in the typical hard beds in most hotels around the Mediterranean. Astoria has some rooms with new, soft beds, and believe me, they are wonderful! Now, a hotel... More
