Wonderful break at Sunday Life. A group of us stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate a friends birthday. Stellios and his family were more than accommodating and made our stay delightful. Nothing was too much trouble ... the apartment was clean and comfortable, location perfect with super views. I will be returning for sure :-) Super value and...

Stelios and his staff really made our vacation in Crete. Everyone we met at the hotel was so genuinely lovely and friendly that, at times, it felt more like we were staying with family than at a hotel. The food at the restaurant was so good that we barely ate elsewhere - with Stelios making sure that we tried something...

we stayed for 5 nights in a ground floor very large room. The stay was fantastic. It was calm, quiet, resourceful and the hosts were wonderful and careful (from the man in charge with the place to the cleaning lady) . The room was very large (as we expected it) clean and cosy. I understand they offer good food, too,...

We toured the island of Crete for 10 days. For only one night we got to Sunday Life and it was great. Stelios - the owner - greeted us with nice words, cold water and watermelon and home made rakia. After some hours driving we entered complete relaxation. And this is what we wanted in Crete! We initially planned to...

For our second (and probably not the last) stay in Crete, we chose this hotel nearby Heraklion (15' by car). It is ideally situated, on the hills of Agia Pelagia at 10' walking distance of the beach. Very quiet. Large family rooms (we have 2 young adult children). We took the half board formula and were delighted by the quality...

We stayed for four days in this hotel and were surprised by the very heartily welcome and the diners that Stellios, the owner and cook of this hotel, served us. The Greek kitchen will never be the same. The accommodation is ideal for trips is the region. Avoid the beach of Agio Pelagia, there are better ones when you a...

It was the second time that we visited this excellent hotel. It is lead by (one of ) two brothers, of whom one is mostly present and also the cook. On site there is also a very small church, to be used for weddings. We booked a junior suite and got a free upgrade to a suite! The room was...

We only had four nights here in March/April 2016, and would have loved to have stayed much longer. We had a lovely warm welcome at this family run hotel, and they went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our visit. We had intended to try out some other restaurants locally, but the food and atmosphere were so...
