Good value for money. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. George at the restaurants and bars and Irene at the reception were very nice and always happy to help with a smile on their faces. Food was tasty and fresh, good variety of menu every day. There are 4 pools always, good size and always clean. The Spa staff was nice and they delivered very good treatments. The entertainment was so funny, every night all guests had a laugh and they were all very involved in either karaoke, bingo or groups games. The Hotel is only 10 - 15 min away from the centre of Agia Pelagia with restaurants, bars and a stunning beach. Very nice holiday!

We stayed here for a week which was 7 days too long! . The hotel is isolated and although you can walk to two decent beaches, you have to be a mountain goat to manage the walk back up. The buffet food is awful and cold. Reminded me of school dinners! The rooms were nice but there is no escaping the noise from the outdoor entertainment at night. Everything is either up a set of stairs or uphill. Not suitable for wheelchair users, people with mobility problems or pushchairs. The swimming pools are narrow and cold. Hotel does not provide pool towels " because of covid". The hotel towels are tired and yellowing. The staff were young and friendly and worked hard. The entertainment organiser was friendly and the entertainment was straight out of the 80's- Bingo and Karaoke. Think Butlins with a wonderful view of the bay. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in beautiful Greece.

Fantastic! My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a week, all inclusive…. Travel/check in: We landed in Heraklion airport and got on the transfer to the hotel which was only about 30 minutes away with only a few stops on the way! I would recommend flying to Heraklion Airport if you are staying in this hotel. Once we arrived at the hotel the staff greeted us with so much energy and politeness! Which is what we needed after arriving at 1am, they were very helpful with advising us how to check in and provided us with a sandwich each and a bottle of water, it was a very quick and easy process, you do have to pay €21 which is for utilities etc. Room: We had booked a double sea view superior room and it certainly did not disappoint!! The room was small but cute and very clean, the view from the balcony was spectacular, our room was only a 1 minute walk to the main pool, our room was cleaned 3 times in the week that we stayed there and it was tons good standard. I would recommend a sea view room!!. Pools and pool area: There are 3 pools in this hotel and all of them were very clean, cold but clean!! All of them are a good depth and a good size! The 2 pools around the other side of the hotel overlook the sea which is a gorgeous view!. There is also 1 small pool for babies/children. The pool areas are kept very clean and there are plenty of sun-beds, but you may need to reserve one!! There are 2 poolside bars, 1 by the main pool and the other is where the other 2 pools are and all staff were very friendly!. Hotel and staff: All staff in this hotel are amazing, they are all very happy and very friendly at all times! You can ask them anything and they are happy to help you can even have plenty of standard conversations with them and they will have a laugh with you. The only issue we had with a staff member is at the end of the holiday, his name is Kristos and he was extremely rude and other people we spoke to said the same thing. The hotel throughout is very clean and kept to a good standard, it’s very modern throughout. There is a stunning terrace section which overlook the sea, beaches and mountains. Food/drink and entertainment: The food and drink is what you would expect for an all inclusive holiday, it is all standard but very delicious! There is something for everyone with a good range! The drink menu for all inclusive also had a very good range.I had no complaints with the food or drink. The entertainment was so much fun, they like to include the crowd in games and challenges, there is Bingo most nights and also karaoke. The bar/music is open till around 1pm which I personally like as it brings a nice atmosphere. Beaches: The beaches are only a 20/30 minute walk from the hotel or you can get on a bus from the hotel, we walked and it was stunning. This hotel is the perfect 4 star hotel! I will definitely be returning here again!. Thank you so much.

Panorama We spent a week in September 2022 and it was our 5th time in Panorama. We love Crete and the hotel. People are so friendly, especially Giannis. Each time on our arrival it feels like we are home. Thank You so much for all the kindness from Restaurant, Bar and reception people. Rooms are cleaned every other day which is more than enough. Really who does cleaning at home so often? Amazing views! Worth all the money in the world! Food was good as well, so much choice. Some dishes had a bit too much salt but I think its easy to fix:) Everyone can find something nice for themselves. Really good drinks selection as well. Can’t wait to visit Panorama next year. Its like visiting our best friends and family. Thank You for a lovely holiday Panorama.

Panorama village is a great choice for couple trip. We were welcomed with open arms by the staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is great - we were enjoying everything from the table. The view is amazing. Irena is very helpful and kind. She is the best member of this hotel service team.

This is going to be a lengthy review so be prepared for some honesty… My partner and I arrived at the hotel around 9pm on the 13th September, we walked to the reception area, and were immediately asked to use the QR code to check in, but the receptionist didn’t tell us the wi-fi password until after we’d attempted to do the online check in, so when we were given the password we checked in with no issues, the receptionist then told us that we could go down for dinner before being shown to our room, dinner service ended at 9:30 pm so by the time we got down there we didn’t have long, we then went back up to reception to get the key for our room, we’d booked the mountain view with pool maisonette room. We made our way to the room, it is quite a distance away from the main part of the hotel, we had 2 full size cases, and we weren’t offered any help to take our bags to the room, and there are stairs everywhere! So, after going up and down multiple stairs, we finally got to our room, it was on the 3rd floor of the block of maisonettes, but upon looking at it, not all of the rooms had pools, we got to our room and all we had was a balcony looking down at the sharing pool that would have been on the second floor, so my partner and I went back to reception to tell them that we’d been put in the wrong room, we tried to explain to him what we had booked, the agency we booked it through described it as ‘maisonette room with sharing pool, mountain or sea view’ (the photos on the hotel website are very deceiving), he told us that’s what we booked, but all the prices are the same wether you have a pool or not (even though we paid for the most expensive room listed, baring in mind we booked it at the end of may, so availability shouldn’t have been an issue) we asked if we could speak to a manager but he said the manager wouldn’t be available till the morning. The next morning my partner and myself went down to reception to speak to the manager who didn’t seem interested or cared what we had to say, and she was laughing at us about the whole situation, she was very unprofessional and I am surprised that she is a manager. (We couldn’t change rooms because they were all fully booked so we had to settle for the room that we were originally put in) After the whole mess up with the room, we just decided to use the pool on tge ground floor of the block of maisonettes, we weren’t going to let it ruin our holiday, so we decided to carry on. When we thought things couldn’t get any worse, they did, we went to the canteen in the evening for the dinner service, got to our table and then went to have a look at some of the different foods they had, that particular evening was Mexican night (I think), so we picked up a few different foods to try, got back to the table started eating and the food was an absolute disappointment to say the least, it was disgusting, it was like dog food, but I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs, it was over cooked, sloppy and just overall an absolute mess, we gave up, after that we went up to the terrace to enjoy the evening entertainment (if you can call it that) we ordered a couple of cocktails that were on the all inclusive menu (there wasn’t a lot) and I have never had such a strong, sugary tasting cocktail, it was like absolute poison, like the stuff of nightmares, and they put grenadine in every single drink on the all inclusive menu and if you don’t like pomegranate you won’t like any of the cocktails. The next day we went down to have breakfast, because we thought ‘you can’t really mess up a breakfast’, oh but you can, the only hotel in the world that can’t even get a breakfast right, the eggs were undercooked, the bread selection that they have, I’m pretty sure it was the same bread there on the day we arrived and the day we left (we were there for 10 days) because after they would close the restaurant (after breakfast, lunch and dinner) it was left out for the remainder. Later that day we went back to the canteen for lunch and remember when I said it was Mexican night? Yeah, it was the same food, they have themed evenings for dinner but it was always the same disappointment as the day before, because we had to eat, we settled for the ancient bread (it was edible to a certain degree) for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner we went down to the sea front restaurants to eat there instead and so did a lot of the other guests, we noticed. As I said earlier about the eggs being undercooked, I spent the day after that being sick because those eggs had given me food poisoning. For an all inclusive hotel it isn’t very inclusive, I forgot to mention the fact that the wi-fi is free in the reception area, but if you want wi-fi throughout the rest of the hotel it is 20 euros for 7 days per device, everything seemed to have an added cost to it. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms itself (there wasn’t in ours, not sure about the rest of the rooms) not even a bottle of water in the mini fridge. The hotel itself is beautiful and the views are incredible, but the careless staff, food and drink is what let’s it down. The only member of staff that actually cared was Irene, she works on reception and nothing was too much trouble for her, she deserves more than what this hotel offers!

The worst “all inclusive” vacation experience ever! We are a young family with one child. To start with the beginning, we’ve booked at this hotel through an agency(superior room with sea view). At arrival, after check in formalities we got into the first room they gave us, please find the images attached, no need for any other description. We happen to understand lately that the room was not ready yet and it was a standard room, not a superior room; I’ve red some reviews before booking here and I was able to understand that there is a big difference between standard and superior room, the furniture, the conditions, the bathroom, etc So, after a discussion at the reception and after calling one of the managers, we managed to receive the room that we’ve payed for. Regarding the food, we were very disappointed, almost the same food every day with lots of condiments and a lot of salt. The cheapest drinks possible, a lot of the guest were bringing their water, soda, beer, milk etc, instead of consuming that trashy ones they gave us. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, the panoramic view was nice, but this 2 aspects does not fulfill the other minuses. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel; our first and last visit here, that’s sure! Please check twice before booking here!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly, nothing was a problem for them to make your stay a special one. Being this was an anniversary break it was the excellent place to stay near the beach with picturesque views from hotel. Oh and the food was lovely including the Manager Mrs Sulma does her best to accommodate her guest. Go and experience for yourself.

I've visited the hotel now for the 3rd time and it is great. The rooms are big, clean and equipped with everything you need. But I don't only love the hotel or the amazing view but also the staff. Irene is the heart of the reception and she's supporting the guests in each matter. She's lovely and reliable. It doesn't matter if you have a request about your room or questions about travel destinations, she's always supportive and helping you in any way possible. But not only Irene is great. The staff at the bar a d the restaurant is amazing as well. They are always kind and helpful and it's always worth having a chat with them.

Hotel was basic but clean , tidy and well maintained in my opinion . staff were all friendly and great with kids. We had no issues at all. Food was not amazing, but was good. Good selection every day and we had no complaints. My son loved the kids club and the pool and can’t wait to go back.
