This hotel has got stunning views. It is spotlessly clean and the food is fresh and plentiful. I would think even the most fussy of eaters would find something to tempt them. Our room was a superior room and was lovely. There was a building site near by and work started at 07.00hrs every morning. However, this was not too... More

We arrived at the airport at Heralkion and easily found a cab at the stand outside which cost £40 euros (not negotiable as they have a price list they say they have to stick to -fair enough). After a pleasantly short drive we arrived at the hotel and were immediately greeted by a lovely receptionist. She informed us that the... More

We stayed here for a week very recently. The hotel is lovely and the staff really friendly. Cannot understand why they have had bad reviews, what do you expect for the money you paid?? The hotel itself is in a great spot with excellent views. Mid way between two lovely beaches. The restaurant was really good and the food very... More

Travelled here with my daughter and granddaughter for two weeks in June. Short transfer from airport, arrived just before dinner finished so was told to go and eat before we checked in, which was nice. Quick check in by Costa on reception and told we had been upgraded to a family room (we had originally booked a twin with extra... More

We arrived at 2 in the morning after a delayed flight, there were no drinks or snacks they had to be purchased from the bar. We were told that we had been given a free and better upgrade to our room, i gladly thanked him and in his next breath we were offered president suites superior rooms and all-sorts of... More

A relatively good hotel, tiny little rooms, equipped basic. Cleaning is daily, towels changed twice in seven days. As location is something special, I booked all inclusive package, but I can not say I was really ok with food. To get to the beach need to go through a journey of 10-15 minutes .... you can choose between two coves,... More

Ok honest overall opinion, reasonable VFM (for what we paid) and enjoyable holiday at the Panorama Village. The hotel looks like it is being upgraded with a new block of rooms in the process of being built at one end of the site (expect building noise 7 days pw til completion in August - usually starts about 7.30am), but still... Just come back from a lovely 2 weeks at panorama. We arrived late at night checked in no problem. We were told where our apartment was so made our way there. We were placed in one of the newly decorated rooms which was gorgeous. Very modern spacious and clean, we loved it. We went all inclusive and apart from the... More
