The room was big and always perfectly clean. We also had amazing sea view. Delicious desserts and drinks. Hotel bus going to the beach everyday, but it is close to the hotel, so you can have nice little walk by feet. We really apriciated the opportunity to rent a car, this service is providing in the hotel, and its for very good price. Personal at the hotel was very helpful, we spent really nice holiday here. Thank you.

The best reviews. Fantastic view ever, very beautiful, lots of space, delicious food, helpful and pleasant staff. The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are cozy and comfortable. Very pleasant reception of guests. We got better rooms than we booked. We also got the opportunity to check out later. Special thanks to the staff for that, because we traveled with the kids. The "all-inclusive" was “breakfast, lunch and dinner,” but for us it wasn’t a problem. Ice cream and fresh juice cost supplements. The hotel is on a high hill, we traveled with the kids, so it was a hard trip to the beach. But since we rented a car, we solved that problem. The hotel has a lot of steep stairs and a very awkward elevator. We were with a small child and had a stroller - so it was a small problem for us. For covid the hotel did not provide pool towels, be prepared for that.

I wanted to take this chance to share with people my great memories created in Panorama Village and Hotel last summer. Accomodation was great from the room to the restaurant. People were very friendly and happy to assist us with our daily activities including travelling across the island, bars food and beautiful natural sites. Agia pelagia is a very good choice alone with great sites and beautiful sea. The hotel is located in a hill with great views of the endless sea. I recommend it for relaxing with great pleasure for travelling families, friends and business trips.

I booked my holiday in this hotel and was really excited to go. Unfortunately due to sudden restrictions regarding Covid-19 I could not go anymore. I tried to contact the hotel twice (I booked all inclusive stay for two for a week) just to ask if there would be possibility to change my booking for later, get some voucher that could be used later on (next summer for example) or simply to get adequate refund (I did not use any facility, drink any of their drinks or eat food). Hotel ignores me completely, I am quite sure they got my emails just won´t answer. I know that times are hard for everybody at the moment but I had to save up for my annual holiday as well and I do not like approach of this hotel. At least I got a voucher from easyjet for my flights so I have not lost entire cost of holiday. I will be visiting Crete when situation allows me but will stay far away from this hotel and advice everybody to do the same.
