The hotel is basic and the staff indifferent. We booked as the hotel appeared to have a nice restaurant, it doesn't, despite then taking a booking for a table at 8.30pm! . The restaurant is separate from the hotel and was closed on the night we stayed. On enquiring, it turns out that the restaurant is unreliable and often closes without warning. YES there is a pool and a patio area, but the whole hotel complex looks as if it needs money spending on it. Castries is a pretty little village with some nice restaurants, there are better places to stay in the locality.

I stayed a few days ago, I have to say that the staff was really nice and helpfull. The place is quiet and nice. The pool are was very nice too. But the room (at least my room) wasn't really clean, I had spider nets on the bathroom and room, my cousin's room had spider nets too. My bed matress was awfull, old and unconfortable, If I sat on some parts of my matress it would fall down (it was a very old matress). The wifi didn't work at all anywhere, it was upsetting.

We stopped here on our way to Lourdes. Receptionists have been nice and gentle. Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioner was well functioning. Nice pool if you want to have a dive and refresh. Beautiful horses are kept just outside of the domaine. All very recommendable with the exception that if you are wheelchaired you should take a smaller room at ground floor as all large rooms are at the 1st floor of these lovely two floor houses.

On a roadtrip to Spain we found this superb hotel with excellent restaurant and pool in very charming surroundings. It is situated close to the motorway near Montpellier. The rooms have citchenettes and very nice baths. All new and modern.

Poor accommodation, poor location and does not look as shown on website. the area itself is nice but there are other accomodations that are better located and with better services. The weather was lovely so we spent as much time as possible out of the apartment

I booked this place through their (the hotel chain) own booking system - I had the impression that the price was better than at booking.com (or rather that I could get a larger appartment for an interesting price). We had a living room with kitchenette, a sleeping room, small balcony, and bathroom. The hotel's location makes it suitable for those travelling by car only, I think - I don't remember seeing any public transport there, and there aren't any shops in walking distance. The location was good for us to explore the region. The parking is very large, so people who are bad at manoeuvring :-) will find it relaxing. The place consists of several small buildings with appartments on ground floor and first floor. There are no lifts. Reception (open in the morning and evening) is in a separate building, and a lot of leaflets about attractions/places to visits in the region are displayed there. There is also a hotel's restaurant (I can't comment about food as we did not use it). The appartment was OK, with airconditioning. Unfortunately the balcony was not - quite dirty and with furniture used up. There were washing machines available for guests, but available only in certain hours in the late afternoon (i.e. after the staff completed washing the sheets?), so we did not use it. There was an outdoor swimming pool. I am surprised to see here comments about staff being rude. We had no problems whatsoever at any stage. I called them before my arrival (to ask about payment), I asked for advice several times when I stayed there. everybody was very friendly, and one gentlement even carried my mum's suitcase to our appartment :-) - much appreciated. A month after our departure I noted that my credit card was charged by them, and I was puzzled why, so I wrote them. I got the answer very quickly, with sincere apologies. They intended to reimburse me with a cheque, but as I objected (cheques are difficult to cash in Poland), they agreed to a bank transfer and made it very soon. I think this is a very good sign - everybody can make a mistake, the most important is how the problem is resolved.

The hotel is quite remote and Castries is a bit of a 'bottle neck' but we found it OK. Stayed for two days on a stopover when going on holiday further south. The apartment was good although I was a bit disappointed with the kitchenette as the microwave was broken (they did replace it when I asked - but the second was also broken - third worked fine). The cups for the coffee maker were chipped and we would not use them. No kettle alternative. The cutlery and crockery weren't very clean either. The wifi was very hit and miss and frustrating. The air conditioning worked well in the lounge area but there was not air con in the bedroom. There was a tapping noise coming from somewhere in the system which was rather annoying for the children sleeping on the sofa bed. Pool was good and the setting was pleasant. The breakfast was fine - they replenished the selection right up until the end of service. We did not eat an evening meal in the restaurant choosing to cook one night and go into Montpellier on the tram the next. For the price it was probably not a bargain. The idea of an apart hotel is great but this could have done with better and cleaner equipment in the rooms to make it the class of hotel it obviously aspires to be. Would I stay again? Maybe but I would take some cleaning stuff with me so I didn't cringe at eating and drinking using the things in the room.

The place is in a town outside Montpellier so it's great if you have a car. Kind of in the middle of no where, but great apartment, very clean! Breakfast is wayyyy overpriced, wouldn't recommend getting it.

I stayed here with friends during May for a long weekend. I thought the apartments were perfect for our needs, well located for the airport and motorway for days out - it is so peaceful too. My main reason for leaving this review is to highlight the helpfulness of the staff, the lady at reception helped us with dinner reservations, taxis and small extras like an iron and bottle opener - she really couldn't do enough for us. Castries is a lovely little town - we had breakfast there in a beautiful bakery, again the staff were so helpful and friendly. Free wi-fi a big plus.
