It was a wonderful stay at this small pension. The young lady at the reception was extremely nice and friendly and we had a lovely conversation always, when we met at the reception or in the hallway. The pension was located in the town centre so all the sights and attractions were close from here.

My room was really spacious, although it was a room for only a one person. The part of the room was a small hall and a kitchen. The bathroom was amazing! I liked the brown/white color of this room.

Breakfast was served on the second floor. It was not buffet style, but each guest received pastries, vegetables, salami, cheese, butter and jam on a wooden board. Then he could order something more, for example, yogurt, pancakes or scrambled eggs from the menu. Coffee, tea and juice were available for drinking.

The stay here was simply amazing. Highly recommend!

Hotel located in the town of Kromeriz. Very close to the main square of the town. The hotel is very modern, even though it may not seem like it from the outside. It has a small reception. The person who assists him is very kind and friendly.
The rooms are incredible! Very large, with a small kitchen in case you want to prepare something. The beds, huge and very very comfortable.
The bathroom is very well equipped and very beautiful. The shower is very spacious and has two types of taps.
Everything very clean and with many small details
The breakfast is very good. They have a plate prepared for each room, with various types of bread, butter, jam, sausages and cheeses, croasants, and a little salad. The older you are, you have more things to complete your breakfast, with juices, coffees, infusions, cereals....
It is a highly recommended, modern hotel, with an unbeatable room and perfect treatment from the staff.
The price is ok.

Excellent location just off of Velké náměstí. All of the key sites and restaurants in Kroměříž are within walking distance. Site was perfect since it was a 10-minute from the train station. Staff was friendly and rooms were roomy. Value for money was very good as the property was recently renovated.

Breakfast is in a different hotel around the corner. But given the cost -- 130 Kč per person -- and wide selection, we happily ate there both mornings.

Not the quietest rooms. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper and go for a room on an upper floor. We could hear foot falls from the room above and conversations from the hallway.

This is an entirely new facility, right in the centre of Kroměříž. The building was renovated and converted into tourist accommodation. Furnishing and decorations in dark colours and in-room kitchenette are the key features coming to my mind. We had two rooms for the family, at 3rd and 4th floor. Both clean and well equipped. Wifi with good signal and TV sets allowing access to internet video streaming in rooms.
This facility does not serve breakfast (a good option for breakfast is hotel U kohouta, round the corner at the main square). Car parking is not available at the hotel, the street is purely pedestrian, however, parking (payable) is at the main square nearby (and free in the streets surrounding the historic centre). The hotel requires upfront payment AND a deposit for potential damage. This is just odd, not representing any real problem.

Definately, the best choice, I could make. The loaction is very good - very near to the main square. The old buidlding has been renovated, and the result is astonishing, such sophisticated details...But what got me the most was the bed, it was really good, it wasnt just some mattress, it was one, on which you sleep and wake up next morning without any back aches and well-slept. If you need any help, you can reach the reception deck also via email and they respond within a few minutes, very helpful staff! Overall, very satisfied.

The guesthouse is presented as luxurious, which is reflected in the high prices for accommodation. My experience says that this guest house plays luxury, but in reality it tries to save on guests where possible. Instead of a breakfast buffet, which is common even in accommodation facilities of a much lower category and much cheaper, there are ration breakfasts, for each board with 3 slices of ham, 3 slices of cheese, 2 pieces of bread, etc., you have to ask for more or a different type of bread and it was seen that supplementing it is not standard.
The biggest problem was the air conditioning in the room. It was around 30 degrees outside, the first night I did not turn on the air conditioner, the next morning it was impossible to stand the sun in the room, but the air conditioner could not be turned on, even though there were precise instructions on how to turn it on and off on the controller on the wall of the room. I contacted the receptionist, who went to the reception to switch on the air conditioning centrally. When I asked if I would be able to turn it off as well, I was told yes, with the remote in the room or directly on the AC unit (heater size, at the head of the bed, extremely noisy). I came back at night, the reception was already closed. In the Accommodation Rules, the boarding house, in addition to many other sanctions, also includes a sanction for "FORCING SERVICING outside reception opening hours" (CZK 1,000).
It was not possible to turn off the air conditioning in the room (just as it was not possible to turn it on in the room before). The air conditioning turned on and off extremely noisily every half hour. Sleep was basically impossible, the noisy onset of the air conditioner was right at the head of the bed.
The reason for the impossibility of controlling the air conditioner in the room is of course to save on the guests so that they do not use the air conditioner at their discretion, and therefore perhaps too much. Unfortunately, the pension does not communicate this, on the contrary, it deceives its guests with instructions for use in the room, information from the reception.
The complaint requesting a refund for this 1 night spent was rejected without debate, complete lack of interest in solving anything. The case was handed over to the ČOI as part of the ADR procedure. Here, the boarding house hired a lawyer against its guest, who misused sensitive information regarding my state of health, which I communicated in good faith to the receptionist, which had nothing to do with the technical problem of turning off the air conditioning. On the part of the receptionist, humanly disgusting, on the part of the lawyer who dealt with the impossibility of turning on the air conditioning, that I was outside all day in the heat and similar irrelevant nonsense, unprofessional. Another statement that the sole purpose of my complaint is to discredit the entire business of the entrepreneur is rather laughable. They commented on the climate only in the sense that "control in the room is superior to central control". Which was not the case, I made a video recording and this was confirmed by the reviews here on Google.
Conclusion - if nothing bothers you in this penison, you will probably be satisfied. However, God forbid if there is a problem! I have never encountered a worse attitude towards a client.
Also, make sure you don't need to deal with the reception during the night - it is subject to a fine of CZK 1,000, please read the other fines in the Accommodation Rules (this should have already warned me that this pension is really not pro-client). And if you don't sleep very well, in the summer I would definitely choose another accommodation, with normal air conditioning, and with the possibility to control it - it is standard even in much cheaper accommodation.
