Santa Marina Village apartments are located within what felt like secure a site controlled by access cards and security staff. The apartments are surrounded by very attractive gardens, and the roads are mainly used by the sites electric vehicles, making a safe and pleasent environment....More
We booked Santa Marina through Love Holidays as we really wanted to visit Sozopol.
Whilst outside of the town, it is only a mile on a good footpath so for those who like a daily walk, it is fine. Alternately the complex provide a train...More
We've just got back from a great break at Santa Marina. The site itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The apartment was just the right size for a family of 4 and being self-catering helped us meet our sometimes challenging dietary requirements, although the...More
Very good looking, nice restaurants and brilliant swimming pools. This is my forth year here and i like it even more in each year. They have very nice apartments here too. Very good place to come with the family.
We had high expectations of Santa Marina as the videos about it make it seem like as good a holiday destination as you can get. And that is what we got. We had two very spacious apartments in the same block and each gave us...More

Hello, in my opinion, it is a family friendly hotel complex mainly due to its 5 pools and small, private part of the beach accessible from the lift. So if your litttle boy likes swimming, you will be fine! There is a cafe/bakery that I mentioned in my review that that has a small children’s play area inside, I recall, as well as few things outside. It’s open in the evenings too, when we went. In terms of day time entertainment, they have hotel reps that offer a wide variety of activities such as in arts and crafts etc across the pool areas on specific days/times for all ages. Our 10 year old daughter painted/decorated a mug, for example. There were magic shows on too but we missed them! There isn’t anything outside the hotel such as a playground etc so in that sense, it’s a bit isolated. I don’t think they have a actual playground within the hotel complex either but don’t quote me on that! Sozopol isn’t far though, especially if you use the hotel shuttle train that’s very regular....only takes 10 mins or so. There, there is a nice park area there in the old town with various amusements, children’s rides and so on. Hope that all helps! It’s a lovely hotel and complex and a lovely country so I’m sure you will enjoy yourselves, whatever you do!
