We visited end of May. The flat was very nice and spacious with regular cleaning But one of the doors didn't shut. The shower in on suite leaking a lot. There were holes in the wall in the other bathroom. Very noisy -near a busy road. Also apparently a big lorry comes every 2-3 days at 5 am in the morning (that is what receptionist told us) and drains the sewage and a local person told us it goes about 1.5 km down the road in the sea. That is awful. A large group of people arrived one evening and had a party with DJ until very late . Not safe to cross the busy road to go to the beach. Around the pool was a big hole. The water was very cold and also we could see bird droppings. There was no hotel beach as it was advertised in the website. We saw it to be made in progress -small area very close to main road with no access to the water (you could just be under the umbrella but no sand near the sea just rocks and not easy to get into it at all). The bar wasn't open too. You have to pay a taxi or the hotel transport to get to the town as definitely not safe walking to it -no pavement. The last morning we came down for breakfast as usual in normal time to find out it was not in the same place but moved in the restaurant where the people from the party were going to have breakfast later so they were not ready for us-no milk, no coffee. We were told that they invited us to the people's breakfast but will be later. We still had milk and someone made coffee but was chaos. We didn't get apologies despite having a child with us and it was terrible attitude from the lady who looked like the manager I think. I wouldn't not recommend the hotel at all for the value of the money we paid.

Been to this place last 3 years, always found it top notch, great place great staff quality fitments and amenities. Just remember visited and what a difference. The facilities what there is of them have gone, bar closed (in July ) realy ? Restaurant only half the choice all cheap and easily cooked meals, furniture in once lovely furnished rooms now tatty, worn, and showing there age, broken umbrellas around the pool, and to top it off they now want cash off you for payment credit cards / bank cards not accepted. To sum up , a once lovely 5 star residence now in my opinion a 3 star definitely won't be visiting again and I advise everybody else not to....

Myself and 3 Friends took the 5 hour drive from Sofia. Upon arrival (after a long drive!) we were 'greeted' by an extremely rude and unwelcoming, grumpy lady (Tall, Auburn short hair, well built) - terrible first impression, she had zero customer service skills and palmed us off to a much friendlier, more attentive member of staff that must have been on his break. On another day this same woman actually nudged me out of the way so she could pick some food off the breakfast buffet - with her fingers!!! She had a really poor attitude and should not be allowed to interact with guests. She always had an air of stress and tension which was not at all relaxing for guests. Generally all the other staff were friendly and helpful, especially the two dark haired gentlemen who run the reception and bar. The Hotel was excellent value for money in low season. Great pool and sun lounge area and the apartments were spacious and clean. The view is lovely except for a massive eye sore; a derelict building blocking a chunk of the panoramic views. I would recommend taxis or hiring a car as it is not safe to walk nearby, it is unpaved and on a busy main road - certainly not good for kids. Also, it was mentioned on their booking.com page about a private beach, that was a shambles!!! not ready for guests at all with a big rubbish dump on it. All in all, good value and thankfully it was very cheap .

We visited Sozopol in August and we had a reservation for this hotel without any clue about the location, the place or anything else. We ended up extending our vacation because of the following: - wthey gave us a huge apartment with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, rather then a regular room - breakfast buffet was small, but very nice - the whole place was extremely clean - everyone was very polite - the hotel had a private beach - they actually have a real gym inside the hotel If I ever go back to the Black Sea, this will be always the place where I would go, no question.

This hotel really was an amazing vacation spot for us. The space was huge--basically a 2bed/2bath condo/apartment. There was a nice living area w large TV. Dining table and fully equipped kitchen were great for cooking and the refrigerator was big enough for our needs. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with large windows looking directly out to the Black Sea. The living room also had near floor to ceiling windows with the sea view. The sunset viewing was spectacular from anywhere in the unit basically. The 2 bathrooms were really big- 1 with a shower and the other with a large tub. The space was incredibly comfortable. The hotel had a nice underground garage with free parking and was a short drive to the main area of town with shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, beaches, etc. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I used the laundry service which was very quick and reasonably priced. The hotel also had spa facilities so we enjoyed the massive jacuzzi, it was quite nice. We had some wine from the bar on site but didn't try the restaurant. When I go back to Sozopol, I hope to book here again as it was really fantastic and so affordable.
