Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Nice rooftop terrace with sea view, perfect for breakfast. We received a small room with a very small balcony, but it was good value for money. Clean with air conditioning. Everything is easy to access there is a shop, fresh fruits and fresh boulangerie just at the corner. The beaches are 5 minutes from the hotel.

We had an appartsment with a fine size balcony and bathroom. We didn't use the kitchen because we whent to restaurants every night. The fridge was noisy but everything else was great! We got clean towels 2-3 times during the week, and the staff even washed our dishes!!! The owners were the nicest people ever, and it really ment a lot to os. We felt very welcome! We ate breakfast (for 6 leva) on the rooftop balcony with the most beautiful view over the city and the ocean.

Stayed for few nights in an apartment, which was split level. It has 2 rooms with 3 beds, kitchen, two balconies. Nice view of the sea and the city. The hotel is nicely situated between the two major beaches of Sozopol. Easy access to shopping and dinning places. Yet very quite at the same time. It is right next to the police station - I guess that makes it the safest hotel in town :-). The owners are an amazing local family and you feel they welcome you into their home, not just into their business as some other small hotels. The top floor has a common area which was used by foreign students to meet among other things. So the house is a great place for a big group split into different rooms. Loved the place. Planning to go again this summer.

We stayed in apartment 202 with my daughter and my nephew - teenagers. Sozopol is our favorite place so we enjoyed every moment on our holiday there. The rooms were nice but we liked the best our balcony and we stayed there every moment we could:) We liked the air condition, coffee/tea maker in the room, the table in the room (not every apartment got table in the room),and table on balcony, wi-fi and the location. A bit noisy around 9 am coming from a machine grilled chickens on the street. The owners are really friendly and helpful! I communicated with them by E-mails so many times until decided witch apartment to choose:) I talked to Mrs. Rada every morning during my breakfast and she was really kind to me! Most of the time I took my breakfast alone while the kids were sleeping I had to bring there breakfast to the room:)Thanks a lot for the nice holiday!

We enjoined holiday with Dom Mladenovi very much. We lived in the large, comfortable room with great sea view. Sozopol is a nice town, you can walk in old city hours. There are two clean beaches in 5 min. from Dom Mladenovi. Owners are nice and considerate towards guests. Thanks for good rest!
