Pool was the best thing about this holiday. Unless you were full board, only a couple places nearby to eat at. I had a handbag and a ring (they were cheap) removed from my room and although I reported it to reception they were not interested. Disappointed and would not recommend or come back again.

The hotel was very clean. The non slide pool was quieter and more room with sun beds, We spent all our holiday here. The small slides for young children looked great fun but the water coming out was so harsh that my 4 year old grandson would not go on the slides, which was a shame because he would have loved it. The lifeguard around the pool I had a big issue with, he was creepy and 1 point he took my grandson’s swim suit off so he was naked and he watched him continuously. The room was ok but the aircon was crap. The breakfast was good, everything you could want, lunch was better at the snack bar but evening meal was not good, very repetitive, pork and chicken and I had to put it in the microwave to warm it up. The restaurant staff very miserable and pushed their way through. A lot of people were conned with the drinks in the mini fridge as they thought it was free. The blond barman at the pool was great and the bar staff in the hotel were good. The entertainment team were very good, we saw a couple juggling and the banter between them was very funny and the guy who did Queen was excellent. There was a bar just outside the hotel which had great atmosphere and very cheap

We arrived about 9pm after a long day’s travelling from Scotland so we were both very tired my pregnant fiancé especially! The receptionist told us the restaurant was open till 10pm so we went up changed and came back down to get a quick bite to eat before bed. The restaurant closed at 9pm and the waitress was rude and escorted us out! We then went back to reception and she then said yeah it’s 9pm not 10pm they stop serving! As my fiancé was pregnant and she had to eat I went across to the petrol station and bout a sandwich and some crisps to keep us going till breakfast. After a couple of days I noticed the air con wasn’t chilling the room down and any shape or form so I complained to the reception staff. They told me to come back when staff had changed over…….. Went back the next day and complained again and they said they would call the technician. 3 days have past and went to complain a 5th time tonight and she just said we will call the technician again! I’m currently in a boiling hot room with the balcony door open with screaming children outside! 🤬🤬🤬

I really recommend the hotel for families with young children. We spent here 7 days with 2+2 kids. Food is delicious and there big choice, everyday there is something different. In all inclusive option there is breakfast, lunch, snack bar (pizza, burgers, ice creams), dinner. Drinks are quiet good, apart from Sex on the beach, San Francisco, I recommend Menthol+Sprite, which is quiet delicate and not so strong after few days of drinking ;) There is a lot of things to do. Nice and quiet wide, swimming pool, separate small swimming pool for kids. There are animations for kids Unfortunately during day poorly organized - young ladies were playing with cards only with one kid, they could organize some group competitions/plays. It looked better at evening, some drawing activities and good disco for children. 2-3 times we had occasion to listen live music which I really appreciate and one time it was organized Bulgarian evening with folklore performance. Hotel is situated near the beach, but 2 km from Sozopol (need to take taxi or bus which comes near Zlota Rybka every 1hour). Sozopol itself is really charming small town with nice old town architecture situated at a coast. I really recommend go sight seen. To be a even better hotel, would recommend serving coffee in glasses instead of small plastic cups which btw. are not produced for hot drinks. I also would consider motivate animators to do more interesting activities with kids during day and also organize some events for adults. However those were small remarks. Hotel is really nice and we all got rest during the holidays!

I stayed here with my family. The hotel has great landscaping. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food was okay, but I would recommend a little more options for the dishes. The hotel is close to the beach, which was really beautiful.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever visited!! The food in the morning is not fresh, looks like it is leftover from 2days ago. The food in the afternoon and evening is tasteless, cold and poor quality!! The hotel has a capacity of 400 people but there are only 60 poolbeds and some people take more places than they need, but the staff do nothing about this. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Worst hotel ever in my life. Super expensive for local standards . If u ask for drinking water in the night the answer from reception is “ walk to petrol station approximately one kilometre away. Tap water not dinkabale . Night receptionist too busy watching movies to attend clients needs. In my opinion is one star or zero star facility even pretending to be 4* . Awful experience . Stay away pls don’t even consider checking in

We were for a first time at the hotel ( and honestly speaking I do not plan to return). I shall give you as resume the pros and cons, so everybody could decide for him/herself is it worthy to stay there. Pros: not bad location of the hotel, good and spaciest rooms ( we stayed in 3703 and 3702), which are part of the villas ( not main body). Later on you shall understand why we stayed in two rooms. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance, and I would say this is the best in Sozopol! Some of the staff were extremely kind and helpful ( in comparison with the employees from the reception). Zheny from the Lobb Bar, Krishna and Niki from the pizza bar, Venci the piccolo did indeed fantastic job. Thank you 👍😀 Cons: I can’t accept following facts- when you have for instance 100 rooms in the hotel to offer just 50 parking slots?! This is simply ridiculous. Same applies for the beach. You have 50 umbrellas and sun beds for double the number of rooms?! When we arrived, initially we stayed at room 3703. Unfortunately we have some problems with the roof, because it was flooded?! I contacted the reception, and only after insisting from my side they decided to move us in another room. The second one was 3702. Believe it or not, we had agains same problems!!!!! Obviously the room above ( 3705) is the reason for this.
