Just come back from Atrium beach hotel spent a week there. My only complaint would be the bufett in the evening I found the food a bit boring and not very tasty.The breakfast buffett was good and the beach bar was amazing the food down there was very good. The pool area was OK and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and everything you needed was there I had a sea view which I would recommend. The beach was very nice and there were plenty of beds for everyone and the taxi to Sunny beach was a stone throw from the hotel.The view from the terrace as amazing and the weather fantastic. would reccomend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet break child free very relaxing .

The place have good things and bad things.
1. good things
- Atrium Hotel it's part of Royal Victoria Club, and I liked this- it's a big perimeter, closed with gates, apart from the rest of the Elenite resort;
- eveywhere there a lot of flowers, palm trees, and the green area is very well kept;
- the hotel looked very nice, right on the beach, the rooms are well sized, and is very clean;
- the "club" have some hotels and lot of interesting villas scatered on the mountain;
- mini market, restaurants, inside the club
2. bad things -the meal and whole meal time
- first of all you could never find a table in the restaurant or at the terace; it was allways very crowded;
- they served daily fried frozen meat ;
- you could never find a clean glass after five minutes of meal started;
- no one clean the tables during the meal time;
- people were eating in the lobby.......
- the reservation for a la carte restaurants were very bad organized-you have to wait for a long, long time in a queue;
Like a conclusion :the management of the hotel I think it is very poor. Too bad because, like I said, the resort is very nice, quiet, perfect for a vacation with family.

As a young couple you really dont have much to do. First of all if i have read a review about the real problems i would not choose it again. The food had no taste. The sodas were not what they said it was(not mirinda, evervest) it was a strange combination. Second of all i have to say that you dont have water at your disposal!! When i asked for water i received the answer that i can find it at the store(even if i paid a lot of money for all inclusive). The fitness center is only 2 machines not working properly. The billiard is not working (the free one). The bowling you pay for it. The food was terrible, terrible!!!! The ice cream you only find it only after dinner at the atrium hotel, usually finished after one hour and not refilled. The sun beds another story, you couldnt find one after breakfast..they were all with towels on top(reserved). The sand and the sea water has tons of rocks in it!!! A never again experience!!

It’s maybe the worst hotel in my life. I arrive here 6-th of June. The food here is horrible now. The staff said that aquapark will work from 8-th of June, then from 10-th, and opened it before yesterday. And today it again closed. Don’t recommend this hotel.

We stayed there for 10 days in the beginning of June.We were so disappointed. The hotel was dirty, noisy, and nothing seemed to run properly. Our room was okay, although our sheets were stained. Upon check-in we had to wait from 09:00 in the morning until 17:00 in the afternoon. The food was okay, although not enough. It is a All inclusive hotel, but you have to visit the restaurant in certain hours, depending on the floor you are accommodated. We paid for late check out until 18:00 o'clock, but the hotel manager Mrs. Vanchurova, literally kick us out from the room at 15:30. We would never go back and certainly we wouldn't recommend this place.

In short....Not a place for British, especially those with manners. Hotel looked nice but was closing. No entertainment, few drinks, no food. Miserable receptionist, no staffed bar. No Brits at all. Nice views nice pool. nice weather. Poor holiday overall.

We booked through teletext holidays who claimed this hotel was a better option than the one advertised as the one I enquired about was fully booked, resulting in a more expensive holiday. We arrived in September for my wife's birthday, 7 days all inclusive.

Hotel looked grand and foyer was beautiful. Just as well as this is where we spent most of our time. There were very few guests staying and this was highlighted by the doors of most rooms being shut down and in the process of being emptied.

The restaurant was closed and only weak tasteless lager, cheap wine and orange squash on offer at the "bar". I say the bar, it was the restaurant bar situated between the foyer and the closed restaurant. It was hardly manned, and when it was the guy spent his time outside smoking. The receptionists were miserable and in the main unhelpful. There was no internet connection at all, no snacks at all, just the receptionists personal music playing over the sound system.

Room was dated but fine. Clean enough but shower was not great either. Cleaners were noisy in the morning but not a problem overall. A dress went missing while we were there but we assumed that as it had fallen out of the case and close to the bin, it was our own fault, for being scruffy that day.

The restaurant food was aimed at German, Polish and Russian guests. This would not have been a problem if the food had been warm. It was consistently cold and we ended up travelling to a different resort to buy food out. Waste of our All inclusive package.

There was no entertainment for brits. The one hall that provided entertainment (never any English spoken) was jammed to the rafters and if there had been a fire, we believe that it could have been catastrophic.
There was a cocktail bar open, but this was deserted. The price of cocktails was quite extortionate too. There was a snack bar 800 metres along the beach but no matter what time of day, every time I asked for a hot dog, I was told that I should come back in 30 minutes..... every time??????

On the bright side, the pool, though small was empty. This meant that we always had a lounger close to the pool, (there was nobody else there). The view from the sea front was beautiful, day and evening.
There were boat trips and para gliding on offer and were quite reasonably priced.

Sunny beach was £5 euros away and for the last three days this is where we spent our evenings. Reasonably priced food and drinks and as long as you don't stay out too late, you can avoid the drunks.

After 4 days we couldn't wait to get back home. I understand that you get what you pay for, but this was no holiday more of a chore.

Classic all-inclusive resort with nice swimming pools and aquapark. Ten points for localization next to the sea and spacious gardens. Room was nice. Staff friendly and helpfull. Food ok, but after few days becomes boring (almost everyday the same). The only one but really big minus for parking. Actually for lack of parking. If you go there by car you should be preapared that there is no parking in the resort. All you can do is to pay to local parking mafia for the place to leave your car.
