We had very good time with my girlfriend. The room was clean, the food was just amazing and the staff was very polite and friendly. It has a big playground in the back yard with a lot of attractions for the little ones so its perfect for families with kids. Highly recommended!
Awesome value hotel, away from the tourists and the crowd of Sunny Beach. I saw some reviews that the staff don't speak English which is totally not true! Yes, they don't speak like a native speakers but just enough for the guest needs! The food was amazing and plenty of dishes to choose from. I would highly recommend it and will definitely visit it again!
First trip to Bulgaria - based on this I would never return. I’ve never written an awfully bad review before but feel like I would of liked to have seen an honest review before I booked. Me and my partner stayed here in September for 10 nights as soon as we arrived to check in it was very clear the receptionist didn’t speak English which made checking in / asking questions about the hotel difficult, we’ve never been Bulgaria before so needed to know where the local buses and taxis went from but this seemed to be a common theme throughout the whole hotel no one seemed to speak English or if they did they could not be bothered and made it clear. Food - we were half board so breakfast and evening meal. The food was a very good variety something for everyone the downfall was everything was cold. The buffet didn’t have heaters, there was 2 other English couples in the hotel at the same time as us and they both complained about the heat of the food and the response they got was “what do you want us to do!!” So we never wasted our time complaining we just ate out instead. Location - the hotel is the furthest away from the airport it is the quietest part of the island no local bars or restaurants without getting a taxi to Sveti Vlas. There is a local Aldo next to the hotel and a few souvenir shops that is all. Not ideal for a young couple, something we should of looked more into before booking. Room - the only saving grace from this whole experience is the room was lovely & the views from the room were beautiful. The fridge was very tiny only big enough for 3/4 bottles of water nothing else. Overall I would not recommend this hotel due to the clear issue with English customers. Almost as if they’ve gone back in time and we’re second class citizens. disgraceful. All of the Eastern European and Russian customers received great service from the staff. I have logged a formal complaint with Jet2 around the service received so they can investigate. Avoid avoid avoid. …
Clean hotel with nice rooms. No customer service, the staff (with the odd exception) were surly, rude and unhelpful. Despite the rep getting involved, the safe in our room was broken and was never mended or replaced during our stay. We went in early September and wondered why places were closing but apparently it was the last week of the summer season and we hadn't been made aware of this. We were still on holiday when the hotel literally packed up around us. By mid morning of our last day, the reception area, all the pool and beach areas and both the bars had been mothballed for the winter. Even the carpets had been rolled up. This is appalling when there are still guests in the hotel expecting to be able to get drinks and food. We were the last guests in the hotel and when we left there was not one member of staff anywhere. Needless to say we would not return to either Bulgaria or this hotel. You have been warned!…
While staying in Nessebar, my wife and I decided to check out the Zornitza Sands Hotel and Spa because my son and his family have booked there for 2020. All I would say is save your monies, was met by an arrogant EU citizen who made it clear this hotel was only for Germans and Dutch, and we are not welcome just because we are trying to leave the EU. He used an offensive word and put his finger to his neck while swiping it indicating a cutting motion. The hotel was unfortunately closed and this individual was a worker who came out to tell us to go,maybe a one off,but got the impression this was the attitude of the hotel. All I can say is be careful where you decide to go has the attitudes are shifting slowly. Regards, British Citizen and proud of it.
