I limped in with a damaged motorcycle. My friend and I had a superb dinner watching a stunning sunset......service was excellent.....food was yummmmmy......and presentation.....5/5. Next morning, I inspected my moto.....decided it was not safe to ride.....Christian at the office made dozens of phone calls for me to line up a transport for me and my bike......above and beyond all the...

Saw 3 toucans in the trees within the first 5 minutes there. Great natural beauty, great views, beautiful sunset. Food was mixed bag- some good, some very average. (Don't get the fettuccini with Pesto as I did). NO Wi-fi so my teenager went through withdrawal. Apparently, it's been out for quite a while. Staff very nice and friendly. Rooms -...

I co-led a student yoga retreat here and we had an amazing time. The ocean views and service were incredible as is the architecture of the entire property. The yoga studio was the most spectacular I have ever experienced. The food is delicious!

We were so pleased to meet the staff of La Cusinga after our week in the rainforest. Everyone here is completely friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and the showers had warm water. Our cabin looked directly over the ocean. We had incredible food too. While not staffed to the hilt, if you are patient you will be rewarded...

This was a perfect vacation, the eco lodge and the land surrounding it was beautiful, the staff were super helpful and very friendly, you could tell they loved to work there. Also their commitment to sustainability was a huge draw for me but it didn't interfere with any comforts. The food was very good and reasonably priced for the area....

We stopped by to eat lunch and were pleasantly surprised at the property. A wonderful garden and ocean view as we sat to eat. The food was very good. We had fish. Fresh fish which was cooked perfectly. The server was very courteous as well. It was raining which created a glistening affect over the flora in the garden. A...

Jumping into the river swimming hole below the waterfall, exploring the rain forest, quiet secluded beach, swimming through a cave, waking to the toucans in the native but craftsman bungalow made from wood harvested from the grounds, dinners where they can tell you who the fisherman was that caught your meal. It was a family adventure we will not forget!

Fascinating place...off the road by a typical dirt driveway that twists and turns, you initially come to a security check point, which was not really friendly. My gut is he was trying to look tough to make us feel more secure, but came off as rude. Then the check in process at the main office, which is far too elaborate....

At the risk of writing a novel of everything we loved about our stay, I'll write it in bullet points: •delicious food and GREAT service. If you have food preferences, they are happy to adjust. Mike, our server, was so friendly. •no AC but it didn't bother us at all. There were fans. •absolutely stunning views from the "lobby" where...
