Scenically this is one of the best hotels that I have visited. Placed on the outskirts, in a forest uphill, overseeing a valley and colonial styling, make up for a very nature rich experience. Every step is like a walk in the woods. The rooms are plush, neatly themed with colonial styling, making you feel nostalgic. Mine was placed overseeing the valley, so it offered a great view out of the window. Beware of the monkeys though...since it is placed in a forest. Bathrooms are very nice too. The food here was excellent. Normally I would not go to a resort restaurant but this was an exception. The service was exceptional except for one small bit - My room's double lock was not working and despite multiple requests it remained that way. The staff is extremely courteous. If fact this is the most polite and friendly staff that I have come across... ever. Outside of it towards main Mahabaleshwar there are a lot of eateries at stone's throw. It is also placed around 15 mins drive from the market. All in all it provides a great nature rich experience, giving you every bit a feel of Mahabaleshwar.

We booked Valley facing first floor room for our 2 days stay at Bella Vista. The resort and restaurant staff is very prompt in service to help you with any possible requirement. Although we had few issues during our dinners but I liked the way those were handled with customer satisfaction approach, they give lot of value to the quality and service to make their customers happy. The resort has very well maintained swimming pool & they provide costumes with towels as well, Kids play room with lot of indoor games options for all age childrens, sports material available few outdoor games like badminton etc. Kids play room has a section for karaoke, massage chair etc for adults, video games option for kids....The restaurant has very good inside and outside seating arrangements with valley view while enjoying the food. They serve free breakfast with very good options. All staff in resort right from watchman on gate, housekeeping staff, restaurant staff and front office reception staff are attentive to all your requests to make your stay better. Please keep it up!!

This was our second time at Bella Vista and the experience was no different from the first one "Awesome". The property is very well maintained overlooking the hills, with great views, clean rooms, tasty food and some very engaging activities for all age groups. While last time we enjoyed the pool and the karaoke, this time we did some star gazing with the help of a telescope arranged in the garden. Our daughter always enjoys playing in the kids activity room as well as kids park. As it was our anniversary, I had requested for a candle light dinner arrangement with some decoration to surprise my wife and I must say, it was so beautifully done that we were really pleased with the hospitality and the personal attention from the restaurant staff, which certainly made our evening and anniversary celebration grand! Kudos to the entire team that conceptualized this idea of private setting for people to celebrate. I would certainly look to go back to Bella Vista, whenever I travel to Mahabaleshwar and certainly recommend others to experience their hospitality at least once, because I'm sure your experience will anyways take you back to this place. We , family of 4 stayed at the resort from 15 to 17 October 2021 ,resort has accessibility to venna lake at distance less than 4km and the property was large and very well maintained with different types of flowers and plants which give positive vibes, in addition to that it was equipped with family necessity elements like swing , table tennis , karaoke , dedicated area for small children , had a great space besides the pool to enjoy the valley view and fire place to socialize , ample space for parking . The staff was one of the most affable staff and took every precaution of following the covid norms , the rooms were spacious , the in house restaurant too had friendly staff and were comfortable in talking English, Hindi and Marathi . The food had great taste and most importantly was averagely priced , the spread for breakfast had a lot of options from south indian to continental , the main feature was the deck where one can enjoy any meal with a view , to sum it up its a great place for anyone who wants to relax on a weekend and still be near to Mahabaleshwar. The proximity to Lingamala waterfall and other sightseeing places like arthurs seat and kates point was close. The simple gesture of them handing a waterbottle and pack of cookies after checkout for snacks on the road was very much appreciated .

I stayed at Bella Vista for 2 nights with my husband for my wedding anniversary. 1st night, we had an issue though hotel CEO Mr. Ramesh Gaur and his entire team turned the table around to make our stay memorable one for lifetime. Mr. Gaur is customer focused professional and he knows what would make his guests come back to the property. Among the staff, special mention to Ganesh and Ramesh D. from hotel Food & Beverage team, Housekeeing and Front Desk team. Thank you once again. The hotel is strategically located not away from famous site seeing places. The place is well maintained and have many activities in the premises. Not to forget the live music during Dinner. You will enjoy here, just be there to experience.

We panned out a short visit with my wife and 2 children after lots of research. The place is bang in the way towards veena lake and easy to spot. We were welcomed with soft drinks and escorted to our rooms. Rooms are nice and cozy, we had a balcony to laze around especially in the chilly evenings. Nicely designed interiors with thought on the sliding glass door shower and fittings in good conditions and refills for all kinds of needs. The resort spread is carefully thought upon by the management, we didn't feel like stepping out. Starting with a pool, which would have been better if temperature controlled, but amazing pool with adjoining kids pool surrounded by lots of trees, very clean, with lots of towels, floats and swim suits, maintained nicely. My daughter went upto twice a day, and it also has a water slide dropping in the pool. Lots of activities panned around, with billiards, lots of carrom tables, chess tables, Table tennis tables. Has an outdoor play area at 2 levels including a trampoline. Indoor play area is beautiful and large with many small games, PS4 (paid) , the attendant keeps the kids occupied all the time, catch a racket for badminton and play in the nice lawns outside. A viewing deck on the top. In house gymnasium was nice. We liked the spa which offers a variety of massages and relaxation techniques, the couples package is good, though wish my wife would have been more happy with a better opinion on her pain relief. I loved it and almost slept in between and the steam afterwards switches off your mind. Lots of activities thrown in the evening, with indoor karaoke, star gazing through a telescope, drums at 6 pm with an in house musician singing songs. Live music at the restaurant in the evenings. The food available at the resort is good, the waiters are welcoming and pay proper attention to you, nice breakfast spreads, quality of food served is nice and definitely worth a try, you can get the food customised by speaking to the manager, who's happy to help. I personally loved the almonds mastani. Would have been nicer if hard liquor, /alcohol was also served, but you can get it from out side and have it in your room. Overall a nice stay, definitely worth a visit and we are surely coming back.

We recently stayed for 3 Nights at Bella Vista, Mahabaleshwar and it was amazing experience. The property is really very good with nice architect, open space, well-designed and well planned all facilities & amenities. Rooms were quite clean, well maintained, spacious with attached balcony and we really enjoyed our short break, much required from our daily routine life. We also enjoyed variety of tasty and delicious food Staff is well trained for extending hospitality and service which added pleasure for the entire stay. Small things & services like daily car washing for all guests, security staff alertness for guiding to & from parking lot, room services etc are well appreciated. Overall, we found this resort value for money as rates are reasonably priced and would certainly recommend to our friends & relatives. We thank you the entire staff & management of Bella Vista for making our stay memorable and wish them all the best.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 days from 24th February till 26th February. But due to some medical conditions we could not travel on dates. We called in hotel and requested to postpone our reservation by 1 day onwards, We were very glad when resort management updated our rooms with very nominal charges, which was absolutely fine. I will never forget this kind gesture. Rooms are very spacious with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Food at restaurant was very delicious and Ganesh,in restaurant is very helpful and friendly. He helped us to plan our tour. All the staff is courteous and prompt. Resort has many activities for whole family. View from deck was amazing. Memories from this trip will remain for ever. We Will definitely stay again.

The overall experience at Bella Vista was outstanding. Very Nice, comfy rooms,good view. The bathroom had all the products of Biotique which is an amazing thing. Exceptional breakfast and food also. Very tasty, nicely made. The staff is amazing. They are very proactive, always ready to help, always smiling and make sure you feel fully comfortable. Hats off to the staff. It was a memorable stay and experience.
The pricing of certain food products on the menu were slightly on a higher side.

The property is well maintained. Stayed in Valley view room on first floor. Good view and added advantage of Balcony. Room seemed to be newly build and have all modern facilities. Like to mention that the food served in the restaurant was very delicious and rates are also reasonable. Also the team servicing in the restaurant are very prompt and cares about little need of customers. Really Great !! Breakfast spread is also good. It also have Spa but its traditional one (Kerala). Just one suggestion that as family were staying there was no evening extra activities like Magic Show, Pupet Show, Talent Show, etc. Children felt bored. Overall good experience.
