This was the first time i was staying in Lydenburg. Not sure what was available in Lydenburg I searched the internet. TripAdvisor was a great help as it showed me comfortable, affordable accommodation. The rooms were well equipped with all the modern day luxuries. the only thing I had difficulty with was trying to use the Wi-Fi system. trying to...

We have been there on our way to Blyde Canyon. The accomodation is simple but comfortable and especially the breakfast was super!!! We really enjoy it and the kindness of the staff. I recommend this hotel!

1 staff member to cook and serve guests and admin requests. Made every request seem like an issue/task. Very delayed and impersonal service. Food selection was very bad and poorly presented. Would not stay there again.

The reception was quite cordial although we arrived late. The room was very clean although the bedding had not been renewed. I could see some fresh stains on the sheets. Some food had been prepared and left in the room. There were drinks and water in the fridge and a microwave to heat the food. However the chips were not...

Stop over on the way through. Called in to say I would be late, and was met and made welcome. Was concerned by other reviews on the cleanliness, and the first thing I did when I walked into the room was check the bedding and bathroom. All clean and neat. Had a lovely shower to get the road dust off,...

Definitely not a city "boutique" hotel, it's a small town motel. This establishment has two giant palm trees outside of the reception area. We arrived in the evening and their signage is not lit. The building itself has bright green lighting. Our room was fairly modern looking and appeared clean on arrival. Basic room furnishings and fittings are average. The...

Very disappointing, The photos are stunning due to a great photographer, but when you get there its a glorified motel. This is not a boutique hotel or a guest house. No glass in the room to drink water. The bathroom window is opposite the neighbor's kitchen door and there is no curtain or blind to be private. (shower or toilet)....

A very clinical clean operation, new establishment with all the necessary albeit there is NO welcoming feeling nor is there any interactive assistance from the facility or the employee's. Room was clean, the breakfast shocking and spicy as can be ... cold and uninviting as a hotel or place to stay at any time.

The owner perhaps have never stayed in a "boutique" hotel... The hotel is more likely to a motel, you park the car in front of your ground level room. The room itself has old fashioned furniture and is not really clean. Breakfast is horrible and you have to pass through the smelling kitchen to go to the dining room... Don't...
