First: the sites are very small, however the location by the river is nice. Most of the time there are issues with the laundry facilities: washers or dryers broken and the cost is not reasonable. Most of the time it is sketchy even driving into the park as the residents park all over the place and are allowed to keep their big trucks in front of their rigs. The road in the park is not maintained and is full of pot holes. The manager does nothing about this. The residents have been known to spread the gravel around (when a small load is dribbled down the roadway). The park manager is a nosy, interfering individual who has bullied the residents to the point where most of them, even long term residents, have left. The owners have been advised of this and have brushed it aside. You are better off to park on the side of the road or simply pay a little more and go to another RV park. Also, the wifi is awful and doesn't work half the time. I could say more but you get the point. Don't stay here.

Arrived yesterday after booking back in March, new owners did not have our reservation, actually pretty happy about that it is now all full timers and new owner states they are no longer doing daily stays. Place is not as it appears and it is not well maintained. There isn't an office to check in and you have to phone the number at the driveway and hope that someone answers. The turnaround area was congested with vehicles and the sites are so tight that slides were into the hedging would not recommend .

We stayed at EZ Campground for 2 months between late May and late July 2015 and I was SO happy to leave! The good points - nice enough staff, low rent, good wi-fi (was enhanced near the end of our stay), quiet both day and night despite the highway, close to the Hike and Bike Trail and Jampee's Thai Kitchen. Jampee's food is delicious. The bad points - The sites are both too short and too narrow, the latter due to the cedar hedges which have never been maintained other than by us and the deer. We actually couldn't get to the hydro stand until after we'd trimmed the cedars back away from our rig. The cedars also attract wasps - every hedge sported a nest. The septic smells almost constantly. The dryers cost $3 and for a normal load you need to run them twice. NO Rules - speeders on the gravel roadway raise dust and endanger lives. Recycling available only for cardboard. Roadway and turnaround frequently blocked by vehicles. Be sure to let them know when you want to leave... otherwise you might not be able to get out. Duh! NO path to washroom and laundry facilities from roadway... you have to walk through someone's spot. Poor design results in BAD etiquette. Bottom line - OK, for an overnight stay if you're stuck for finding a place.

Just got back from a stay here and gotta admit, it's hard to give it a rating. Some things are great, some aren't. First, the wi-fi wasn't working and since that was a complaint in a review last year, I wondered when they said for three days straight the manager was looking into it. But, he was and it was eventually repaired. The sites are lovely; it's nice to look out any window and just see trees, and it was quiet. Even the highway noise wasn't bad. It was blessedly quiet, too, which was good but which also made it particularly aggravating when the folks next to us decided to party outside till 3 a.m. one night and midnight another. They were also smokers; why not have a smoking and a non-smoking area and give those of us who don't throw butts onto dry grass in the middle of wildfire season a price break? Another suggestion would be to ban parking in the turnaround and ensure vehicles aren't in the main roadway. Talked with a guy with a big rig who had no idea how he was going to get out if the cars and trucks weren't moved.
