We rented a cabin for two nights at Gallagher Lake Resort. They have a beautiful view of the lake with great access to the beach and amenities. The management of the resort were welcoming and ensure the resort is well maintained. Would definitely recommend this location, especially the cabins.

The resort is small, clean and has the wonderful lake with the awesome bluff coming right down to it. We are return guests and camped last year; this year we were to stay in a pet-friendly air-con cabin. Last year When I walked my dog around the site before bed you couldn't help notice that you can see straight through... More

This was my first time camping in over 30 years and thankfully we picked this campsite. The tenting area was really well situated close proximity to the washroom/shower area and dish washing station which also had electrical outlets. Although there were not fire pits there were rentable propane firepits at a very reasonable rate! Loved it so much we bought... More

Our family returns hear at least once per year for a wonderful time to rest and rejuvenate our batteries. The sites are well maintained. I love the fact that you can snip some fresh herbs grown in barrels for making salads and other meals. The lake is lovely. Just wish it were a little bigger but that won't happen, will... More

We have been coming for 16 years and are rebooked for next year (can't wait!). I wanted to comment on other reviewer's complaints about the $1 showers. When we first arrived and were told about it I was so disappointed - we have a big family and already pay a lot to stay here. And having enough $ coins for... More

We camp here every year since I was a little girl, close to 20 years now. We love it here, the lake is beautiful, the sites are nicely separated and landscaped. This year we were a little scared with a rock slide that happened and we were camping close to the edge of the mountain. So from now on we... More

The campground, toilets and showers were all immaculate when we visited .... but best of all was your consideration and decency when you refunded our last two nights site rental when I was bitten by a dog bike riding in the Oliver area and just wanted to get home! My friends and Doctor were very impressed - thankyou!

First off, we have been coming to this campground for over 10 years. This year upon check in we were charged an extra $12 per night simply because we chose to bring our 3 young children with us. This is wrong!! This is a family vacation, and we are adding to BC'S economy by choosing to stay in province rather... More

Our third year there, very disappointed in customer service to start. Grouchy lady at front desk, we had to cancel a site for friends that couldn't make it, charged $30., not to mention they didn't lose any money as the site was filled. Secondly, they charged us $4.00 a head per night for taking our Grandchild, a friend of our... More
