We have stayed with Tom on several occasions and this is hands down the best bed and breakfast experience around. Tom's hospitality, the grounds and the rooms are top notch. Tom's great farm breakfast hold you all day!

The second night of our Okanogan Adventure found us guested at Elm Tree Farm B & B near Oliver B.C. The site is located just off highway 97 and may be partially viewed from the B & B, with some highway noise gently announcing vehicular traffic. Due to schedule and weather conflicts from our end, our room was changed from...

A refuge in the midst of the Napa Valley of Canada. Your own small cottage with kitchenette on a quiet farm. Out the back is a quiet canal filled with tall grass and water fowl and a small dock to sit on. Breakfast in the proprietor's home is excellent, as is the company and the knowledge of the area. The...

We recently stayed at Elm Tree Farm B&B on a family road trip, Oliver was our last stop on our way back to Vancouver . Tom was and excellent hosts and cook, breakfast was great especially his home made peach jam. This is our favourite place in Okanagan. We have been coming to stay there for a few days every August since Tom opened B&B in 2007. We stayed in both units - studio and 2 bedroom unit. Both units are nice, clean and comfortable with air-conditioning and full kitchen. Tom is a great host and breakfast he serves are always...

We stayed in one of the units. There are no shared walls as they are several meters apart, sharing a roofline. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable size, warm, artistic and well appointed. We found the Internet excellent. I agree with all the previous positive comments. Lovely, interested, helpful and enthusiastic hosts. There is even a beaver hard at work damming the creek!...

We had the opportunity to stay at the Elm Tree Farm for one night and wished we could stay longer but had to go home earlier than planned. Tom, the owner is a very friendly and welcoming person. His B&B is in a separate little house, near a stream and with a big grass field in front. We were there...

We were in the 2 bedroom unit and the bedrooms were both spacious and had comfortable beds. Tom was a great host and the breakfasts were wonderful. We chose this location for our wine tour of the Okanagan valley and did day trips from there. It worked well for us. Also had access to a barbecue and were able to...

Quite a find ...would love to stay for a week! We found many reasons to love this surprising retreat....right on a creek meant for birdwatching or meditation! Even our own " blind" built into the side of the marsh where you could watch beautiful wood ducks and see trout lazing under a crafted dock. The owner Tom, is a talented...

This is by far one of the best B&B's I've stayed at. Located 1.5kms north of Oliver at 307 Park Hill Rd. I make note of the address because the internet priority location given is the Canada Post office address in downtown Oliver. Somewhat confusing, so remember the address above. Elm Tree provides a quiet and very hidden place to...
