I know it wasn't expensive but £120 for 2 night bed and breakfast is still a lot! The place is falling apart the room was clean so was the bathroom on the plus side! The breakfast full Scottish was a best crap the place is awful! I stayed the second night only because I was on a bike tour and... More

Check in was pleasant, however the rest of the hotel (if you can call it one ) was awful. Our accomodation was in the annexe located in the car park which was surrounded by so called huts, which were more like converted garden sheds. The room we stayed in were like a 60s motel, paper thin walls, water-pipes that rattled... More

The place was clean but was very basic. Beds are good but not much else was!! Extremely understaffed and most are foreign with a poor grasp of English (not one Scottish accent to be heard) but an avid interest in watching soccer instead of working!' Thank goodness for the one brilliant but over worked Barmaid. She was great. Even the... More

If we could give this a zero score, we would. Went there as there was nowhere else to eat due to pre-bookings. As others have previously eluded to the food is pre-cooked and reheated in the microwave (lamb shank - cold in the middle). My fish had bones in it! Partly ate the food before leaving the premises and imparting... More

The hotel is predominantly hosting Chinese travel groups so I think we were the only non-Chinese people staying. Very comfortable and clean room but shower was a little lacking which wasn't great after a day's walking. Didn't use the restaurant other than for breakfast which was basic but hot food option cooked to order was good. Didn't use the bar.... More

Stayed last minute for one night and needed a dog friendly establishment. They have chalets out the back , some of which are dog friendly. Very handy. The chalet we had had a double bed and 2 singles and was very spacious. Shower room and tea tray. Flat screen TV. No wfii in the chalet but there is inthe main... More

We ate there mid-January. No-one else was eating at the time, maybe that tells you something. The three of us ordered a main meal each and only one of us thought their meal was acceptable. The problem seemed to be that the meal had been cooked prior and was reheated in a microwave. I can think of no other explanation... More

Comfortable, spacious, warm, and good for hanging out and sleeping -- this is a great place to stay. It's not fancy or luxurious; it's comparable to a Red Roof Inn or other roadside hotel. It is basic, clean, functional, and not excessive. I came in following an unexpected event that totally rearranged my vacation plans. They were able to accommodate... More

we managed to get a room here on our return trip to skye. on arriving we asked if they were still serving meals and as they still had 45mins to closing time we could indeed order something but unfortunetly we felt that we were a bother to the staff who served us, after getting a meal of 2 fish and...
