A typical small B&B where the staff are very friendly and the accommodation is adequate, definitely a "one nighter", the breakfast was really well cooked with perfect scrambled eggs accompanying tasty bacon & black pudding, we were well attended to with the offer of endless...More

Hi Charlie, We do not 'ALLOCATE' rooms. You booked our clearly named "DOUBLE ROOM WITH SHARED BATHROOM" via booking.com and that was what you got. If this was not what you wanted you could have booked one of the two more spacious and expensive en-suite...More
We arrived and were warmly welcomed by Fionna at the door. Their home is lovely and the accomodations were perfect. We awoke early to catch the ferry and at the door was a lovely packed lunch and a cute note. Would highly recommend it.

There are pavements all the way to both terminals. Alternatively, we can arrange with local taxi company for you to be picked up/dropped off as required. Taxi fares are normally around £6.50.

You might be able to get a cab from the ferry. If it's a nice day, you could walk, but if raining and pulling bags...not so enjoyable. FYI, for anyone dropping a Hertz rental car off, the Hertz office is no longer in downtown Cairnryan; it is located at the ferry port. It also closes at noon on Saturdays.
