The guest house is situated opposite the vehicle entrance for the P&O ferry so you can hear the tannoy annoucements and is a mile away from the Stena ferry entrance. Parking is not on the gravel but on the cobbled area in front of the house so you need to shunt your car to drive out. As you can see... More

Thank you Margaret and Peter for your Kind hospitality. We come off the ferry and it was just there. We had the front double bedroom and it was lovely. The bed was the best bed we had slept in since leaving home.Margaret was very helpful with somewhere to eat and it lived up to her advice. Make a booking you... More

Stayed here the night before getting the boat to Ireland. Lovely house run by a very friendly couple. We were in the smallest room and it was perfectly comfortable, especially as we really just need bed and breakfast prior to our boat! It is directly opposite the P&O terminal and only a very short distance from the stenaline terminal so... More

Margaret and Peter could not have been kinder or more welcoming, despite our late evening arrival! The room was small, but nicely furnished and spotless. Comfortable bed and good shower. We were booked on a very early ferry and they kindly made up hot sandwiches and drinks for us to take with us, as we would miss breakfast. This seems... More

Margaret was very accommodating for us (late ferry). The standard was very high, very comfy bed and pillows (i'm pregnant - this was very important!) The room was lovely and shower perfect. The breakfast was one of the best we had that week out of 7 b&b's and the mushrooms were the best! The rhubarb yogurt was divine. I highly... More

A really great welcome to the cleanest and most comfortable overnight stay. Margaret was so kind and looked after me so well. Everything in the room was immaculate. I had no difficulty in the morning and comfortably made the 7.30 ferry.
