We camped here for two nights as we wanted to visit Giant's Causeway before catching the ferry to Scotland and this location was best suited our plans. The amenities are very clean and well kept and there is a nice walk along the river. The tent pitches are the sites furthest from the ablution block but it is only a... More

Just spent a week at the site with my wife we were also joined by more daughter and our 2 year Grandson for two days of our stay. The location is excellent with lovely waterways, gardens and and beautiful walks just outside the gates all on the shore of britains biggest Lough. The site itself is clean and well run.... More

Right on the river and short walk to loch and town centre. Well kept campsite owned by council. Quite a lot of rules and key numbers for facilities and barrier but it keeps it safe. You cannot arrive until 1 p.m. Leave by 12 noon. No longer stay than 7 nights. Toilets and showers are fine. Stainless steel sinks and... More

Spent one night camping.. Can't complain. Very quiet mid week. Camp area is quite a way from the toilet block. All facilities spotless and Ian the warden was very efficient and friendly. This is a fair size site and could do with more toilets and washbasins. I could just imagine the queues there would be in Germany or Austria with... More

Was born and reared 3 miles from here. Spent many of my boy and teenage hours here. Have spent quite few times in site. The staff are lovely and friendly, especially cuddly Freddie! Hope to be back this year again.

We have stayed here many times even though we only live 30 mins away. Although it's a council run site it's well looked after and the pitches are well spaced out. The location is great and you feel like you're waking up in a different world. Right by the river and lough neagh. Flies can be a nuisance at times... More

lovely pleasant welcome on arrival by a bearded man who did introduce himself but unfortunately with all the other information given, iv forgotten his name. nice clean site in a lovely setting but don't think I'd rush back. no waste or water at individual pitches. manual opening and closing of the gates is annoying although it does offers the site... Great location' lots to visit and nice and clean. Can't find anything wrong with this campsite very safe with lovely walks and excellent cafe just 2 minutes away. Its worth a visit to the local shops and the local community swimming pool within 10 mins walk from the campsite
