Came here for a meal for my birthday and was served by alicia she was very welcoming, just like all the staff here, customer service is excellent and catering to my vegetarian option was no problem and the food was excellent! Would defiantly recommend

A really friendly warm welcoming hotel. Had been to Drayton Manor with my children and booked here for the night. The boys loved it (that's the main thing). Nice food and pleasant establishment. Comfortable very clean rooms. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Stayed here when attending a recent wedding and having been told that hotels were limited, we went for this one based on being marginally closer to the venue. The room we had was on the street, as in the door was on the main road, like a little house. Inside we had our own small lounge, bathroom and double bed... More

Thank you for your lovely review. We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay here at the hotel, and liked your room. The hotel bar is a popular local venue for a night out, especially at the weekends, so is busy and therefore noisy at times. We are pleased to hear that this did not disturb your stay... More

The hotel is conveniently situated on the main street of Coleshill within 3 miles of the NEC, M6 and M42. The en-suite room in the main building met all my needs in a functional way without being over attractive in its decoration and window views. The very comfortable king sized bed ensured a good nights sleep. The restaurant offered typical... More

I have stayed here three times. Rooms are clean, free wifi and as a lone female I feel extremely comfortable. The staff are always helpful and friendly, Beth in particular, on my last visit was exceptionally kind and helpful. It makes a very pleasant change to staying in some of the bigger named chains and it is my first choice... More

Coleshill in general and The Coleshill Hotel in particular was a real find! The town is very pretty, with a lot of very interesting old buildings, of which, the hotel is one of the most notable, comprising several separate buildings. The room was very attractive and comfortable. The other facilities: bar, restaurant, terrace were excellent and the place has a... More

On arrival we were met by a very friendly receptionist. I asked if there was a room on the ground floor or close to a lift and we were offered a suite in the annexe which was across the road from the main hotel. This was Ferndale House a beautifully converted Georgian House and our room was at the back... More

Place isn't very busy, but struggled to get served at the bar for a pint, and 45 minute wait for food. Lovely place though! Maybe they are short staffed or something. Will definitely be back to see if this is a one off...

I booked a room a good three months in advance for a wedding reception at the same venue, but i think they gave me the worst room in the hotel. I was allocated room 10 on the top floor which was very obviously a former store room and not one one designed or originally built for habitation. There was no... More

All the staff were helpful, check in was easy and the accommodation was good. Saturday evening gets busy and quite loud with locals (a good sign) but our room (top floor at the back) was fine. We had a squeaky bed which they promised to fix when we notified it. We would visit again.
