We visited this venue for food with friends at lunch time. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The place has a really good atmosphere and we ordered 4 different meals from the menu and drinks which came promptly and were very enjoyable. I would recommend and visit again.

Loved it staff helpful and friendly, food amazing. They cooked us 7 meals on a Sunday night as kitchen was closing . Although I appreciate this must of been an inconvenience for the chef and staff , at no time did they give us any other idea other than it was No trouble ,, rooms clean and tidy , shower...

We booked for two nights. Went in through the bar door and a member of staff took us to reception and we were quickly booked in by a very pleasant girl. Our room was number 7 overlooking the road. Fairly noisy from road traffic but OK with double glazing closed. Well appointed room with a very large comfortable double bed....

We booked a table for breakfast by telephone but upon arrival were told there was no record of our booking - not a great start. Instead, the waitress directed us into the bar area to an unlaid table and encouraged us to make use of the continental breakfast in the dining area. Aftery laying the table ourselves as best we...

Very comfortable room, but the food is dreadful. Had 3-meals, all were cold by the time they reached the table. It's a shame because they have a varied menu and it all looks very appetising in print. The only other concern is that the rooms are either side of the main high street, and thus you have to be careful...

My husband and I eat in the restaurant frequently and we always have an excellent, well cooked, tasty meal, with lovely friendly service. The steak, particularly the rump, is the tastiest I have had for a while and always cooked perfectly. I can recommend a visit to The Coleshill.

I stopped the coleshill hotel for a couple of pints with my friends on a weekday. The pub was not busy just a few locals drinking and chatting There were no customers waiting at the bar other than myself and 2 friends So how the hell did it take over ten minutes to be served. We stood there and in...

I actually quite like the Coleshill Hotel bar, it is cosy and welcoming. Maybe the owners are relying on this to attract custom as the service really lets the place down. My partner and I have been commenting on this for a while but after last night's visit decided to put pen to paper. Service at the bar is terrible,...

We visited the Coleshill hotel for a wedding and before I start my review the wedding itself was beautiful and the the food at the reception was also very good. However when helping to set up the room after the ceremony I witnessed a female member of staff talking to the other members of staff appallingly. To the point where...

Do not go here even if they pay you,the service was so poor it took an hour and a quarter to get a diabolical starter. We walked after that I've never been so disgusted. We were so hungry we ended up eating at a harvester.
