The North Downs Barn is a lovely B&B, the building itself is amazing, the rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast is good. We stayed here while doing the North Downs Way and the hosts are friendly and accommodating, and absolutely willing to tolerate some very muddy hikers :) There was even a jacuzzi in our room, which we unfortunately... Situated in the Kent countryside this is an ideal base for walking (Noth Downs Way), visiting historic sites or vineyards. The accommodation is top quality with Alison providing a warm welcome and great breakfast. The rooms are excellent and facilties second to none ..... lovely walks right on the doorstep.

At the edge of Cuxton - surrounded by fields and hills. A delightful location. A nice 'barn' with lovely rooms and common areas. Wood burning fire in the lounge area. Good breakfast choices. The owner is friendly and helpful.

We booked this B&B without really knowing very much about it, just wanting an overnight stop-off en-route while walking to Canterbury. It was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms are beautiful, perfectly clean, well decorated and comfortable. We were greeted enthusiastically by Alison, who had already made efforts to make a cot available for our 10 month old son. The... More

My husband and I booked to stay here as we were attending a wedding in the area. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by what we saw, as it's always a bit daunting when staying somewhere for the first time. We were greeted by Alison , who couldn't have been any more welcoming, We were shown to our room and... More

Stayed here for a nearby 40th bday party, would seriously consider a return visit for a walking weekend. First impressions as you walk in are stunning and the room didn't dissappoint. Beautifully set up and very comfy. My other half loved the spa bath and the shower was nice and spacious too. There is a lovely seating area upstairs great... More

I was walking the North Downs Way in January and stayed a night in this wonderful place. The room was spotless, warm and comfy and a very reasonable price considering I had a welcome tea in front of the wood burner when I arrived, a lovely bed and a very full breakfast. I would highly recommend it to anyone
