Would the hotel accept 2 small very dogs to stay - perhaps dog friendly homes ?
Room 1 on the ground floor is dog-friendly. It has an external door as well the internal door. Dogs are not allowed anywhere else in the hotel. There is also an outside tap nearby for washing sandy paws. Dogs are allowed on the beach in winter and before 10.00am and after 6.00pm May to Oct. Room 1 is also wheelchair-friendly.

Has anyone stayed in room with balcony and what did you think thanks
Dear Lindylou I don't know if any of our guests have responded to you directly, but I can tell you that the balcony room (room 4) is our most popular and has been solidly booked throughout the summer. You can also see it mentioned in several of our reviews which are at our baytreebroadstairs web site. Alistair
