Unfriendly reception. The water was falling from the ceiling in the hall. At 8 a.m. they started drilling somewhere. People were eating in the restaurant with their coates on as it was freezing cold. It was just terrible. No wifi in the room. The smallest television screen we've ever seen ( no flat screen). View on a wall and heating... More

Great location, near lifts and nightlife. The staff were friendly and rooms clean, although a little dated but we stayed here for 1/4 of the cost of staying at the Melia just over the road and if you are out skiing all day and are looking for a clean comfortable hotel in a great location I don't think it can... A good location, near the square, ski lifts, parking etc. since last visit a few years ago, I found the staff very unfriendly and not helpful and the breakfast which was ok is now even poorer, the bedding very poor quality and the tv belongs in the last century. Wifi is free but so slow.

If you're looking for a centrally located hotel near the slopes at reasonnable prices you could oog for this small hotel. Dated rooms from the eighties! Breakfast very poor ! Better take a breakfast in 100 mondatidos near the hotel. I would recommend this hotel surely for the location. For a luxury stay you should take melia sol y nieve

The hotel is in a good location but for the 4 days I spent here the food was very cold and when we asked why it was cold on the 2nd day we found out they didn't actually have the heater for the food on. It was completely switched off. No Christmas turkey just the same stuff as always. Staff... More

Moved to this hotel from another hotel in Sierra Nevada. We were very happy to see here helpful management, large rooms with large beds. Hotel located in central area with good access to restaurants. Stayed here in two rooms, one is opposite to central squire which was quiet but no view from the windows, another with view on central squire... More

This hotel has a lot of really good points. It is in a fantastic location in a stunning resort. It is easy walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and ski lift. You can ski to within 50 meters. The rooms are warm and spacious. The staff are reasonably helpful. The canteen breakfast was great. However, the hotel (certainly our... More
