Lili and her family work tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of the farm whilst guests are welcomed warmly. We stayed in August 2016 at The Granary and had an amazing time! Lili will give advice on her local knowledge of the areas and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts are fresh and tasty, and our house was cleaned daily... More

The accommodation is simple but clean and there are en suites and wifi. The location is beautiful with manicured farm buildings, stream, water wheel, goats, cows and hens. Half board is extremely good value. Breakfast is excellent and the evening meal good home cooking. Krka valley, Otocec castle, local walks all inviting.

If you are in Slovenia you just have to go to this farm. It is beautiful, authentic, peaceful and the rooms are great and clean. The food is delicious. Do not expect a menucard but be surprised at what they cook for you. It comes right from the farm. Really wonderful! The host and her daughter are the nicest people... More

Living in Ljubljana I always wanted to discover some nice places also in "Dolenjska" region and my friend at work told me for this "secret" place. All I can say is that my wife and I had perfect weekend staying at this farm. We wanted to escape for couple of days from everyday routine and wild 5-year old child so... More

My wife and I made a last minute decision to spend the weekend away from the city. Thanks to their super fast responses, we managed to book a room on time. Everybody there was friendly and we felt very welcome during our stay. Our dog was also warmly welcomed, which was a nice surprise. The room where we stayed was... More

Beautiful setting in Slovenian countryside. Room was clean and cute and Lili's food was amazing (definitely do half-board and try the blueberry brandy). Her wine recommendations for the area were also top-notch. My only caution is that it can get quite hot in the summer and there is no AC or way to properly ventilate the room at night.

Thank you so much for your kind review. It's a great pleasure hearing you liked our tourist farm as well as the country itself. And yes, we were suprised by this year's hot summer too - the second hottest summer ever in Slovenia. We're really sorry you couldn't sleep well and are already planning to have AC installed. We'd love... More

This tourist farm offers, among ordinary rooms, also one special type of accomodation - a small wooden cottage for two persons. We had it for two nights and had great time there. There is a small kitchen, bathroom and fireplace in the basement and bedroom in the first floor. Everything looks very nice and is well maintained. We also took... More
