While we slept well, this property was not up to par with others at which we stayed during our four weeks in Austria/Northern Italy. The guest room was old and in need of updates. Our room had a very large terrace. Others in our party indicated that their guest rooms were very large. Decent included breakfast. Elevator accessible, but split-level...

From the very moment I stepped into this lovely, warm & cosy hotel, I felt comfortable and at ease. That feeling continued right through the week we spent there. The Hotel Puccini is quite simply a superb place to stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and the pool & gardens beautifully kept. There is plenty of space around...

We have stayed in the hotel 1 night arriving late night. Rooms are basic smelling a bit of cigarettes, breakfast - just bread and coffee, paid extra. Worse of all, guests are kicked out of hotel after check out time 11am - no even possible to use any out-of-room facilities like swimming pool. This was very unfriendly and upsetting. You...

Dear guest, Thank you for staying in our hotel. More than 300 comments are contradicting you. 1) Smoking is forbiden in the rooms and the rest of hotel. It is evenutally possible to smoke in the balconies. 2) You did not pay any extra for breakfast and our breakfast is a very rich breakfast we do not understand what you...

We stayed six nights with our 12 month old as part of our cycling trip. The hotel is away from the hussle of town, about a 1.5km walk. We had a large room, which was clean and had space for putting clothes and all of the stuff we needed for cycling and a one year old. The bathroom had a...

Hotel is obviously a very popular spot for family holidays. It is well situated near the lake and has a fine swimming pool. Our bedroom was very basic and the bathroom tiny. Breakfast was poor, and personally I could not recommend this hotel.

The best thing by far about this hotel was the lovely pool. Unfortunately staff wouldn't let us use it on the day of our departure. Great breakfast. Our room was adequate: spacious, clean and had a small balcony, lake view. Best wifi of the trip.

One night was not enough to enjoy this nice hotel, nevertheless we had the chance to be welcomed by Pietro, the receptionist, who gave us some good tips about what to visit (Borghetto village) and where to eat, pizzeria restaurant just few steps away from the hotel with a 10% discount. The hotel has got free parking, we had a...

After flying in from the states being tired and jet lagged the reception from the ladies at the desk was so hospitable and warm that we all relaxed immediately. The rooms are clean but nothing to rave about, the morning breakfast was hosted by one of the ladies and she was super friendly and very accommodating. They went out of...
