We had a wonderful two-night stay. The Junior Suite we were upgraded to was delightful... We are already trying to figure out when we can come back and stay longer. we had an excellent view from our balcony, and the ferry dock was close-by. The food in the restaurant was very good as well. Thank you so very much... Also...

We stayed here for a week as part of a Riviera Travel tour. It's a lovely hotel, huge and very grand. The entrance, reception and seating area is lovely and quite peaceful to sit and read in your spare time. Our room was large and basic with two 'Queen' beds pushed together and very comfortable. The bathroom was large with...

Like other reviewers, we stayed here whilst on a Riviera tour, which was excellent. The hotel is greatly used by tour groups; whilst we were there there were two other Riviera groups as well as others from Germany and Ireland. Our room, at the back of the hotel, had no view, also no noise as front rooms have. It was...

Overall, this hotel is beautiful and excellent value. You have to remember that this is the continent, not London, so the rooms arent massive or luxurious but they do have balconys with views of Lake Como so i know where id rather be.. The only issue with this was no tea or coffee making facilities. Having never done mainland Italy...

Our room wasn't of the highest standard we have experienced for a 4-star hotel. The floor was wooden and the furniture in the room consisted of a metal table for a dressing table with no mirror in front and no stool although there was a chair nearby. The bedside also had small tables rather than cabinets. The only drawers were...

We had to change rooms 3 times, eventually having a family room which had evidently not been used recently as the beds were damp.We also had no hot water in the wash basin in the mornings the whole time we were there in spite of speaking to our representative and the hotel staff several times. We also had to ask...

We stayed here last month... for 3 Nights, on our way to Cinque Terre. Great location for travelling to Bellagio & Veranna. We found the Room perfectly adequate. we paid extra for Lakeview room with Terrace, and it was worth it, view was lovely, the Hotel has a couple of Terraces where you can enjoy a meal or drink anyway,...

We had three nights here. We were impressed with the location, the excellent food and service. We had a comfortable large room overlooking Lake Como. The restaurant on fifth floor gives a wonderful view. The ferry stops are close by giving access to Bellagio and Varenna...the €15 all day pass is good value. The market at Lenno is open Tuesdays...
