So I booked this hotel for jun 29 - July 1. Just 2 nights. I cancelled my reservation 12 days before and was charged 50%. I called booking.com who said I have to speak with the hotel. First booking.com said the hotel said they'd refund me the 50% if the room is sold. How do I know the room is...

Dear Customer, when your are booking a hotel online , both of us agree to rules. You thoroughly read the cancellation policy. You cancelling at the last minute caused me to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed the room. The deposit of money that we kept is a small part that we are entitled by law. Please refrain...

Our 6 night stay at La Casa del Melograno was nothing short of a dream. Umberto was a wonderful and kind host who introduced us to the Amalfi coast from the moment we arrived. He helped us to plan our days when we asked, offered to set up boat trips to nearby islands like Capri, and more. He upgraded us...

Very well kept B&B will good hosts. Views are incredible and breakfast is very good. The location is off the beaten track and a bit of a trek to the main towns of Amalfi, but that is partly why we liked it. Lots of nice hiking options, easy drive back to Pompeii and Naples and away from the busiest parts....

La casa del Melograno is simply stunning. An amazing terrace with a breathtaking view is the highlight of the house for me. Having breakfast there in the morning is just the best, ale with a nice cappuccino and freshly baked croissants and neapolitans sweets of course! The design and furniture of the whole house is very beautiful too. Umberto the...

I would recommend La Casa del Melograno to you. We stayed 5 nights in June 2014. Umberto is a wonderful host. When we arrived with the car, Umberto immediately gave us attention by greeting us and carrying the lugguage for us. When we told Umberto that we did not like the room, He changed another room for us the next...

Our group of 5 stayed at La Casa del Melograno for two nights at the end of July 2011. We stayed in the two rooms both off the huge terrace overlooking the sea. Each morning we enjoyed spectacular views and a lovely breakfast along with amazing cappuccino made by our host Umberto. We arrived later than planned on our first...
