View is fantastic. Terrace is comfortable to eat breakfast or supper and see at the sea. Very clean place, good equipped kitchen, every day fresh goods on the table and refrigerator. The stairs are everywhere in Amalif coast, so you should be able to go down and up all the day. This is not a joke, train the stair before visiting Amalfi coast very seriously. Consider to NOT rent a car and use buses and boats (lovely, you must try). Parking is most comfortable piece of road across whole Amalfi Coast, but you must climb up about 10meters (stairs) from car to reach your room. From Tenuta Fuenti to bus stop is 800m (and 70m vertical), to Cetara is 2km (and 150m vertically). It is possible to walk to Cetara by feet or get a taxi (2.5 euro per person). Parking in Cetara cost 3 euro/hour - better use taxi, we used to walk. Except of legs pain you will be very happy staying at Tenuta Fuenti. Michela (mother of owner) is fantastic, helpful and friendly, even she forgot some english words:)

Pros: Super nice host family, picked us up from the train station in Salerno, drove us around to show us Cetara, local restaurants etc., helped us figure out the train tickets at Vietri Sul Mare, did laundry for free, called us a shuttle when we were stranded in the rain at the train station on our way back from Pompeii. Beautiful views, fast efficient $2.50 euro shuttle down to Cetara and back. Nice espresso machine in the kitchen with croissants every morning, and the patio is a very nice place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine in peace and quiet. Our room was clean, the family was very nice, and the B&B is very close (5 min shuttle ride) to the best seafood restaurants we have ever visited, and quite affordable for Amalfi Coast standards (ie, 50 euros total for two people to eat at a Michelin starred restaurant frequented by Anthony Bourdain is reason enough to stay in Cetara). We enjoyed San Pietro, Punto e Pasta, Al Convento and Aquapazza. Cons: As lovely as this B&B is, and as much as I personally enjoyed it, I can only recommend it if you have a car, the ability to speak Italian, and are okay with basic accommodation. My husband felt that it was a bit lacking in comfort and privacy, as we could hear our neighbours (although the other guests were very nice and polite), and I’m sure they could hear us. To get to Cetara or Vietri Sul Mare train station, we were at the mercy of the shuttle service and although we tried our best to learn Italian and communicate with Google Translate, there were some occasions when the shuttle driver would hang up because he couldn’t understand us, or take up to 25 minutes to pick us up. The other reviews say that the B&B is a 20 minute walk down to the town of Cetara, but we didn’t even attempt the walk as it looked to be much, much further, and along a road with no sidewalks. Even after the shuttle drops you off at the B&B you still have several steep hills and stairs to climb up. If you have never been to the Amalfi Coast before, please know that everything is super spread out and takes forever to get to. Anyone who says "oh you can just take a bus, a ferry etc", is greatly underestimating the time it takes to get around. We loved the quaintness of Cetara, the kind people, the incredible restaurants, but we did feel that it was a bit out of the way, which some people might enjoy. We did a few day trips to places like Pompeii and Paestum and had difficulties returning back because our trains broke down. This is of course not the B&B’s fault, but it just took us that much longer to get back after a long day of site-seeing. Overall we are very glad we experienced Cetara and I would recommend it to others for the incredible food, but I would just recommend a place closer to the town center if possible. If you have a car and are less interested in day trips and more interested in relaxing with a book and a bottle of wine, beautiful views and great food, this might just be the place for you.

Michela was very friendly and hospitable the room was always very clean and the coffee and breakfast were delicious on a beautifully sunny lit terrace where I would have stayed longer if possible. You will enjoy your stay with a doubt!

This B&B was like a very clean hotel with a personal touch. The outside deck and room window provided great views of the sea. Also the patio was a great place to enjoy breakfast or to dine in. The cost for us was under $80.00 per night. An excellent breakfast was provided by our hostess Michala who worked tirelessly to keep us satisfied, she even took me on a hike through the terraced gardens through vineyards fig & lemon trees groves to a house that her grandfather lived in. The walk to Cetara is about 30 minutes, we drove. Cetara is a quaint town with a very nice beach. The waterfront took on a magical quality after dark.

The B&B is clean, comfortable and quiet, with a superb view southwards along the coast of Campania, especially from the top terrace. Maurizio and his family are very helpful and welcoming, and the delightful small town of Cetara is very close. We ate at the 'Al Convento', which we thoroughly recommend.
