We stayed here for 7 nights in October and we were blown away by the hospitality and how beautiful the hotel was. We had a premium room with veranda which was worth the extra bit of money as you got a hammock and larger outside space. The weather was incredible high 20’s everyday. We unfortunately got a stomach bug 2 days in but this didn’t get in the way of having a truly wonderful time. We had two massages each at the spa which were all incredible. I would like to especially mention the cleaners that are literally cleaning all day the hotel is spotless and they clean your room everyday which was just a joy. The restaurant food was lovely but we couldn’t eat all of our dinner it’s worth sharing if you aren’t big eaters. We are vegetarian and there was plenty of choice for us. It was so lovely at mealtimes to see the cats who live in the hotel complex living their best lives, the kittens provided everyone with entertainment. The goats on the mountain side were also beautiful to watch. The only down side was the area of Kolumbia itself. There isn’t much outside of the hotel we went for a couple of walks but there wasn’t much around and it was a bit of a letdown compared to the beauty of the hotel so we mostly stayed in the complex. I cannot recommend this hotel enough if we do come again I think we would probably hire a car so we can visit other places on the island.

My wife and I rarely book a hotel purely for a stay where our main objective is to do very little except relax, however that's exactly what we wanted with this 5 night stay, and it definitely delivered exactly what we wanted. It's a very cool modern place, all on one level, the rooms all have very good swim up pools and a terrace of varying levels of privacy depending on how much you want to pay! They are very comfortable, with good housekeeping standards and comfortable beds, though you need to specify if you want the beds made up as a double, we didn't and got 2 singles pushed together, this was sorted easily for day 2 onwards. Breakfast was a real highlight, fabulous choices of very high quality, freshly prepared. My personal highlights were the porridge ( very rare even in the UK these days), the freshly cooked omelettes to your choice and the properly made coffees, whatever you want, made by a trained barista. There was never any competition for loungers as many used their own little pools and the 2 big pools were very very clean and peaceful. Dinner was very good also, mainly Greek dishes, we made a couple of mistakes,for example we both ordered a beetroot salad thinking it would be a light beetroot salad mixed with say goats cheese however we both got 2 large dishes of just beetroot, nice but way too much! All in all we loved this place and we'll definitely return if we can sometime...oh and the setting is beautiful, looking out towards a small mountain with a very old monastery perched on top - it's a moderately difficult 45 minutes hike climbing about 1000 feet.

Just wrapping up our final day at Casa Cook before heading home and we will be sad to leave. What a fantastic hotel!
We were here with our two adult children in two rooms to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday and could not have been made to feel more special.
The team at Casa Cook are really attentive and genuinely friendly and all our interactions were a pleasure. We’d like to mention two people in particular, first Chrysa, who works at the Olive Garden restaurant by the larger pool, she was so welcoming to all four of us and a joy to talk with each day, her service was impeccable and she was very kind to us. The second was Tanya, the Guest Experience Manager, who supported us from before our arrival arranging boat trips, room decorations and birthday surprises for my wife, taxi bookings, spa sessions etc. It has been our honour to get to know her and she is both a lovely person and a credit to the hotel. Thank you, truly.
So to the hotel itself: fabulous food, every meal very special, from the fresh and varied breakfast choice (plus ask for anything not on display and they’ll make it - crepes are well worth it), the two lunch locations (recommend the Greek Salad at the Olive Garden) and dinner at the Kitchen Club. Wine choices are good and all staff willing to advise.
The rooms themselves are clean, cool, well maintained, with lovely views of the surrounding gardens and countryside. Our son used the gym which was well air-conditioned with good equipment. The pools are all a lovely temperature, never busy (as most have access to their own pool/shared pool as well) and towels and water readily available across the hotel. We also had a couples massage at the spa, one of the best we’ve had, from a skilled team.
Finally, we must mention the setting. The hotel is sympathetically designed so as to make the most of the mountain backdrop, so sitting in your veranda or at dinner like a magical experience connected to nature. There are beautiful dragonflies and butterflies everywhere and we loved watching the mountain goats graze from our pool.
We are counting the days until we can return!

One of the best and complete hotel I ever visited , it got it all and surely I recommend it to everyone . The spot and the ambience is unique under the rocky mountains , the rooms have a mediterranean minimalistic design and are getting precisely cleaned every day. From the early morning you can enjoy the various breakfastbuffet by the pool with a great view of the mountains till the late late night dinner time the service staff is awaiting with great recommendations, Christoforos and Konstantinos are there to show you what real Greek Hospitality looks like and ready to assist you with everything included very helpful tips for the whole Island of Rhodos. This hotel is really chilled out luxury, lovely and clean, calm and very tranquil. The view of the mountains is great and you aren't far from a beach or life/bus stop if complete zen isn't for you! From arrival the staff have been excellent and really made our stay something special. A special mention for Christopher, he has been extremely attentive at any of our meal times, nothing for him or the staff was too much trouble at all - we've been very spoilt by him!!! Having worked in hospitality and travelled lots you can tell when people are faking it and when they genuinely love their job -regardless of the long hours- so thank you for making our experience so pleasant 🙂 The rooms are spotless and the low level buildings are really nice and everything is well maintained. Rhodes on the whole is fab too, so much to explore. We'd not think twice about coming back to Casa it's pure luxury! Thank you for such a lovely stay, one of our best.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Cook Rhodes and it was an absolutely outstanding experience. Not only is this hotel well located, but the service is second to none.
The staff, especially Christina and Vasillis, deserve special recognition. Their friendliness, professionalism and commitment to guest wellbeing is truly impressive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From helpful recommendations for things to do in the area to personalized service by the pool, they were always on hand and made my stay unforgettable.
The food at Casa Cook is also top notch. The diverse selection of fresh, delicious food tantalized my taste buds. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight and the dining experiences at the on-site restaurant were simply mind-blowing.
The rooms are stylishly and comfortably furnished and the entire property exudes a relaxed atmosphere. The pool area is perfect for a relaxing day in the sun.

I recently stayed at Casa Cook Rhodes, and from the moment I arrived, Chrysa and the team made me feel incredibly welcome. The hospitality here truly stands out—they go above and beyond to make sure every guest is comfortable and has everything they need.
I had been travelling solo for work and after a hectic month remote working i was looking somewhere to relax and recharge. Casa Cook was perfect with personal and shared pools to relax by, in a good location for exploring Lindos and the rest of the island and also access to a couple of challenging but rewarding hikes.
The staff also took extra care in little details, like leaving thoughtful touches in the room and always being available to help with any requests. I left Casa Cook feeling completely recharged and grateful for the kindness and hospitality shown by Chrysa and the team.
If you’re looking for a place with beautiful design, a relaxed vibe, and truly outstanding service, this is it!

Casa cook is a place to die for. Everything is perfect. The location is super special, the interior design incredible, and the room layout simply perfect, you have your own private pool section, and everything is kept pristine. Also, the pool area is so relaxing - pool temp perfect.

We recently stayed at Casa Cook Rhodes for our honeymoon and while the overall experience was enjoyable, there were a few areas where we felt the hotel could improve. The food was absolutely fantastic, fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable. However, there were a few aspects that didn't quite meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel. For example, the advertised champagne reception turned out to be €20 per glass, which we found surprising given our experience at other 5-star hotels. Additionally, we were disappointed that our late arrival meant we missed dinner, but the voucher we were given for lunch was only €15 per person, which was significantly less than the cost of the dinner. While the servers were friendly, they seemed to be overworked, leading to delays in service. For instance, one morning, I ordered a speciality coffee (latte) that didn't arrive until after I had finished eating. We were informed that there was only one person on duty to make these speciality coffees. The professionalism of the reception staff could also be improved. While the check-in process was smooth, we found that they were slow to respond to our requests, such as when we asked for a support for our sunbed. We were also disappointed that our honeymoon was not acknowledged in any way, despite informing the staff on check-in. Small touches like this can make a big difference. Depends on your preferences. Food at the hotel is wonderful so if you typically eat at the hotel each night then half board is worth it. We did of mix of eating at the hotel and around the island and just paid as went along, which worked well for us
