Just came back from a 6 day visit in Casa Cook Rhodes. We had a wonderful time. We were welcomed by Alexandra, guest relationship manager, which gave us a tour and took care of us. She took us to the SPA and the spa manager (Irene) gave us a detailed tour and later we enjoyed a wonderful Ayurvedic massage by both Irene and Rephaela. We booked a half board which was totally worth it. The food was great and tasty. The service both in the breakfast and dinner was exceptionally well. They really care and serve with a smile. Kudos to to the restaurant team and specifically to Vazily Even though the hotel was fully booked, it didn’t feel like that at all The receptionist (with the glasses) was also amazing. She gave us a great info for a day trip in Rhodes. During the stay, I got my back injured (because of a bad movement) and I couldn’t move - the hotel manger by itself came with a doctor and took care of me personally. Really saved the day! All in all, we will definitely come back to the hotel. Great vibe, beautiful people, very convenient, well positioned (30 mins drive from the airport) and wonderful and honest service with a smile. What else can you ask for? Thank You Casa Cook Staff - hope to see again soon. Casa 954…
Aesthetically this hotel is amazing, set with mountain views in background, choice of pools in addition to swim up room pools. Restaurant food is great, staff work really hard, and is busy most nights, occasionally the service a bit slow, but we took that time to relax as never in a rush. The half board was worth it, the menu varied, my only issue was there was so much food! Rooms were nice, although the lack of water provided in rooms and no tea/coffee facilities was an issue in a 5star resort. There is a shop 3mins down the road to purchase water though but upon arrival should have been provided. We would stay again if in area.
Great rooms, but service in the restaurant is shocking. You sit there waiting for food & drink for hours, particularly at dinner. Room service took 1.5hours while we were there and the staff in the restaurant forget most things you order.
We stayed at the Casa Cook Rhodes for one week and it was one of the best travel experiences we've had! We were looking for a relaxing couple's vacation and we sure got more than we asked for. Our private pool villa was exceptional, clean, spacious and private: Private pool villa 5/5 The food and drinks at Casa Cook are too damn good! Dimitri and the whole team pampers you from breakfast to dinner! And let's not forget lunch - we enjoyed it together with drinks by the pool and sometimes we ordered to our room and not one disappointment during the whole week: Food & Drinks 5/5 The new spa is heaven. We tried _everything_ on the menu and it was bliss <3 The spa team was so professional, present and friendly - thank you!!! And the cherry on top was the DJ who creates the amazing chill ambiance around the main pool and just helps you float in the relaxing bubble that Casa cook experience is all about.…
Probaly the best hotel I have been to, Great pool, great service and great location The area full of great restaurants and bars. The breakfast were very rich and had everything we wanted. We will come back
My husband and I stayed here in July after a long two years of no travel. From the minute we arrived we were impressed. From the look of the hotel, the reception staff welcome. To the food and beverage staff, including Dimitri and his team. They could not do enough for us. The food is out of this world. We did half board and the evening meal is not to be missed. The rooms were perfect with their own sharing swimming pools. This has to be the best place I have stayed in a long time and would definitely be going back. Thank you.
Hip and trendy, lovely hotel with great food and friendly staff. Great for couples looking for a place to relax in luxury. 30mins from Rhodes airport, serenity awaits. If days around the pool or on your personal deck outside of your room with a swim up shard pool are you thing, then this is the place! Great vibe. Photo opportunities are around every corner. There really is no need to leave your sun lounger. Not a perfect score, simply because it would have been nice to have some quiet time without the constant Ibiza soundtrack. Perhaps the second pool could be designated ‘quiet’? But that is only a small thing and we now want to explore more of the Casa Cook range of hotels that share the same look and feel. Would highly recommend.
Cash cook Rhodos is so far one of the best hotels, we have been on so far! The staff was extremely service minded, helpful, and nothing we asked was impossible! The room it self was incredible, we loved the bohemian style! Just like the rest of the place… Also the food, was perfect! We can’t wait to go back! The only bad thing is that we didn’t stayed longer😍
Hotel, food, drinks ,room and staff absolutely fantastic. Only issue was the loud boom boom music during the day Rating would have been excellent apart from the music ! Staff at the pool bar were excellent, couldn’t do enough for you Would highly recommend
Fantastic hotel, super friendly staff and quality level of food! Stayed here for a week in a split level room with shared pool in late June. Hotel is set against the mountains with the nearest beach within walking distance. Our corner split level room was a really good size and as it was a corner one the pool area felt even more private and bigger. The food everyday was of really good quality and always looked good. Breakfast had a fresh selection with some items changing daily and felt nice to have free coffee ordered taken at the tables! We had half board so often ordered from there restaurant menu for lunch and then had the set menu on offer on the evenings. The set menu changed daily and was always good quality and well flavoured. Also the standard of cocktails and wine was impressive. The staff where fantastic from Manager Panagiotis, reception staff and to the all the restaurant staff including Dimitris, Marios, Kostas & Thodoris. They took time to chat and get to know you even though they where obvisouly busy. There was a good balance between the more experienced staff and newer, younger staff who also did a good job. I would recommended rent a car via the hotel, and the man who looked after that was super nice and gave good recommendations. We went to a very nice small beach called Kopria (west coast) and to 2 very nice villages called Siana & Apolloma. In Apolloma we went to a fantastic local restaurant called Mageirotechneio Taverna Paraga that served food to a really high level and must be the best in Rhodes with out doubt. We also went to a wild beach called Paralia, we where the only people on the whole streach of long beach and the water with quite rough so we didn't swim. But was nice to go to a beach of different landscape and its possible to see many sea wild life here! We had a great stay at Casa Cook Rhodes from start to finish and would absolutely return! Thanks again for a giving us a great Holiday.…
